The customer service felt outdated and unwelcoming, almost like stepping back in time to 1980 Poland. While the rooms were clean, they also felt bare and lacked warmth. We weren’t provided with extra towels for the pool, and the “hot” tubs were disappointingly cold. On the positive side, the location is great and just a short walk to the beach, and the breakfasts at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic facilities, great staff, perfect breakfast, just 3-5 minutes to the sea.

We really enjoyed a short stay. Hotel is very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a fantastic choice of hot and cold Polish/Continental Europe type of food. Pool was clean and big enough with 5 or 6 jacuzzis so no waiting to use it. The only negative point is that the shower basin in rooms is too shallow and after one shower bathroom floor was flooded as the shower cabin enclosure was not sealed properly at the bottom. Besides that nothing to complain about!

Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend.

The building is new, well-kept and subtly pleasing to the eye. Rooms are spacious. There is no climate control or AC. This would be okay, considering the climate in general, but the rooms should have at a minimum a fan to circulate air. Food in the lobby bar was excellent. But i was disappointed about the lack of room service. There are no on-site or reasonable accommodations for laundry service. That said, i enjoyed my stay. The building was in excellent condition. The style and decor was very much to my liking. Of special note, the person in charge of reservations, Agnieska, provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med fräscha och rymliga rum samt en väldigt fin utsikt. Spaområdet är jättefint och ger en lugn och avkopplande känsla. Frukosten under påsken var helt fantastisk, utan några som helst anmärkningar, och allt var supergott. Det enda att nämna är att gästerna delas upp i två grupper vid frukosten, men det upplevdes också som något positivt eftersom det blir lättare att få plats och en lugnare miljö. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell. Perfekt läge och alltid lika bra upplevelse.

Das Hotel war etwas einfacher ausgestattet als ich von den Polnischen Hotels gewohnt bin. Die Zimmer nur mit dem nötigsten, die Kaffee und Teebar war nur da ohne Kaffee und Tee. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig ich konnte fast verstehen was die Nachbarn geredet haben. Keine Hausschuhe, kein Schuhanzieher kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und auch super sauber. Essen war ausreichend und von allem etwas da aber nicht überraschend.

Wellness Bereich war gut und sauber. Das einzige was fehlt, sind Liegen am Pool, da kann man sich nicht noch gemütlich hinlegen. Sondern entweder Pool, Whirlpool oder Sauna. Ein Ruhebereich wäre schön. Ansonsten gab's auch ein gutes Fitnessstudio und eine Bowlingbahn.

Das Personal sollte im Thema Service besser geschult werden. Manchmal reicht in manchen Situationen ein einfaches lächeln. Im Essbereich hatten wir wegen des kalten Auftretens des Personals das Gefühl schnell essen und gehen zu müssen. Zimmer waren sauber. Im allgemeinen war es gutes Hotel zum Erholen.

Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm und auch immer ein Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer Modern ausgestattet.

Very good hotel - and room. The only bad thing was the Fridge. I does not make anything cold! Omelet at morning buffet excellent!

Wir waren für 6 Nächte Gäste in dem Hotel und waren mehr als zufrieden. Super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Essensauswahl. Auch der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war super schön. Wir haben jeden Tag den Pool im Innenbereich genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es hätte mehr Auswahl an Obst sein können...beim Frühstück

Alles Top, Abendessen lohnt sich nicht. Sonst alles bestens.

Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Kaffee und Eierspeisen waren sehr gut. Beim Obst hätten wir uns gerne mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Geschnittenes Obst fürs Müsli gab es gar nicht. Das Personal ist sehr reserviert. Die Nähe zum Strand überzeugt. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Hotel als wahrscheinlich ewige Bauruine. Generell gutes Hotel aber wir werden es nicht nochmal buchen.
