Stay away, not a place to stay

Not the staff's fault and i bet the ownership is doing what it can but the property was rough. Wouldn't spend too much time in the area. Room carried a urine odor to it since it was next to an alley. I almost left before checking in but wanted to at least see if the room was better than the exterior. Stayed since it was late, slept for a few hours and left. Was planning on doing work in the room that morning but took a hard pass and just wanted to get out of dodge.

Thanks for the reasonable fees. If you were more secure and your rental requirements were updated, then this place would be paradise. Ty

Hotel itself was in a convenient area if trying to stay close to lax but I did not feel safe in the area at all and I’m from LA.

It was nice being close to the airport. But the area was a bit scary and dirty. Person obviously living in car in parking lot next to hotel. Room was nice, but no coffee pot in room and the bed was horrible. Didn't get any sleep.

Very outdated, no coffee maker or iron. Facility not clean with trash and idle people hanging around the hotel.

It was clean and quiet and a good price for the area. I wish it had coffee.

The check in process was smooth, and the staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

I just need to stay overnight. It was Very clean and quiet. Easy airport access. Convenient to where I needed to go. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased we the friendly staff. This will be high on choices for LA stays!!!!

Overall disappointed. Pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Where are the orange accents? Had to keep getting keys from the desk as they would not work for the doors. I saw a rating of "8/10" but should have looked at the 2.5 star room rating. Dirty grounds outside. Fire alarm went off two consecutive nights at 4 AM. Room was cleaned daily and staff were friendly. If I had looked at the room before booking I would have said no.

The property is located in a horrible neighborhood. Looks like homeless people are around . With a junked car parked in the customers parking lot . The frame of the bed is solid steel . Every time I get up , my leg was hitting the frame and making a loud sound.the mattress was hard . The towel was rough . The parking lot has a lot of cats roaming around . The place was noisy . The air conditioner was not working properly . I will never revommmend this place to anyone

CLEAN is the Positive...Amenities none paid for parking ok Water was coming from under the bed had a room change and furnishing worn burn stains... Location ok

I was charged double the price of normal rental fee

I love their television with full of thousand channells. that is the only reason i like to stay there.
