Excellent 3 night stay in Melbourne. I love staying at the Hyatt Place, Caribbean, this hotel is perfect for business or pleasure when there is a need to be in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This hotel was very convenient for an event we were attending at Caribbean Gardens. Clean hotel, nice showers, decent size hotel rooms, friendly staff.

Need to check name as well as room number at breakfast. On checkout we were charged $35 for a breakfast we did not have. Obviously someone used our room number. We disputed the charge.

Would stay again. Everything was fantastic, fast and efficient staff super friendly. The facility and room was immaculate.

We chose Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park as it was close to a hospital where I was undergoing a procedure. It turned out to be a very good choice as the staff were very helpful to my wife while I was in hospital.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. No mini bar or cold water provided in the rooms either, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast couldn’t be ordered to the room, which was surprising. The hotel bar drinks were on the expensive side, and given how far the hotel is from Melbourne city, I expected room rates to be more affordable—especially compared to prices in the city—but that wasn’t the case. Lastly, the walls were quite thin. I could clearly hear the TV from the room next door until they decided to turn in for the night. All in all, comfy and clean but a few service and value points missed the mark

Staff was not helpful! No drinks in the fridge and ice! When we asked them to send some ice to the room service! They said we have to come downstairs and pick it up! Not happy with Coustomer service

This hotel is easily accessible via toll freeways in Melbourne. It is well finished, with courteous staff and great dining at Archie's restaurant. For the price we paid at the time (circa $220/night) for a twin bed room on a F1 weekend, it was fantastic value for money.

Had a lovely stay at Hyatt place. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and lounge bar. Menu was limited but food was nice. Only down side for us was connections to public transport into the city. Better located for guests with own travel arrangements.

Stylish room with sweeping views. Great layout as well. We did have noisy neighbors that kept slamming their door(very heavy) throughout the night!

from the moment we arrived we were treated very well. I was on crutches, so one of the reception staff met us at the front door and opened a side door for easy access, so i didn't have to try and use the turning door. Reception were helpful. we booked a table for dinner with friends and the staff were very helpful with our request of table due to my hip surgery. We were able to order from both menus, which was great as some friends weren't very hungry. Food delicious. Breakfast had a fantastic selection. we will be back.
