A great stay from check in to leaving. All areas lovely and clean and well presented. Had a problem trying to sort the heating out in my room as no instructions but staff came promptly and sorted for me and took on board my suggestion that it would be helpful if there were clear instructions in the room along with such as breakfast times. There was a menu in the room and I did have a snack in the bar with a very welcome, complimentary welcome drink. Breakfast was very good with a lovely range of choice. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again when working in the area

Room was fairly simple, separate ironing room which is never ideal. Shower/taps were unfortunately stone cold in the morning.

Everything about our stay was perfect, attentive staff, happy to help Clean quirky hotel, Perfect position in Deansgate area. Would definitely stay there again if staying in Manchester

Stay was great till we woke in the morning No hot water this meant we could not enjoy the rest of the stay ! We were originally going to spend the rest of the day in Manchester but had to return home too get showered

Room was great, bathroom a little on the small side, but overall a great location and place to stay..

The room, location and amenities were great. Not the hotel’s fault but it is a very busy area at night on a weekend and it was incredibly noisy. Sirens, shouting, music: so not conducive to a good nights sleep.
