Very freindly staff. Good breakfasts

Rooms were nice and hotel lovely, good location. Unfortunately whilst we were there there was works going on just outside the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. Could not fault this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean; also quiet. But I’m down-rating it because even though the Hotels.com app says that there is a restaurant, it did not mention that it is not open on weekends. And there is NOTHING nearby within walking distance. A taxi ride of at least 15 euros can get you one way to a recommended restaurant. Then you have to get back to the hotel. This hotel is near the airport where they have travelers every day; a restaurant that is closed on weekends is a deal-breaker for us on any future travel to Bordeaux.

This is a very nice, clean hotel. Decorated beautifully accessible food to order. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect! All the staff was extremely available and nice! Room was spacious and clean. Garden area is perfect to have breakfast. Really a 10. Very close to airport.

Excellent modern hotel and reasonably priced!

We arrived early on Sunday, to be told that there was no food in the evening and no bar staff.

We arrived 50 minutes earlier before Check in but our room wasn’t ready. We waited 40 minutes before Marc Antoine (front desk team) came in and sorted it all out meaning we were able to make it to a pre booked excursion otherwise we would have missed our appointment. From Bordeaux airport, the hotel is just a minutes away. Bus 39 from the bus station runs regularly and will drop you off close to the hotel. Ticket cost less than €2 depending on how many journeys you plan to take . If you plan to get the bus , make sure you get the one that goes to Aeropac because there is many bus 39 and they all go to different areas. For the hotel, come off at Aeropac stop , hotel is just around the corner. It’s not sign posted. Just a 2 minute walk behind some trees. Hotel is still very new. Had a top floor room overlooking the office building which we wanted . We were not disappointed at all, a beautiful and very spacious room. We had breakfast, which was fresh , very tasty with many varieties to choose from. We also had dinner one evening and that also was well cooked and tasty. The hotel though is close to the airport, is quiet. Not many shops close by. After our flight was cancelled, due to unseen an Incident at the airport, we checked in a day later. I must Thank Marc-Antoine whom if it wasn’t for his help, our holiday would have been completely ruined. From amending our stay date to helping with the Uber, we were able to have an amazing time.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. We were are pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is and it has a great breakfast.

Very comfy room here. Had a good dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Reception team were friendly and helpful. It would be good if lighting was added near the vehicle entrance from the road to the hotel as it was dark and a bit concerning to drive so near a construction area. Otherwise Hotel was great and I would return.
