Location hotel near by basement of like foodcourt and small shop. Its good. Facilities was okay, but the service was execelent. Shinichi was great, can speak lil bit bahasa. Absolutely will be back. Nice stay at kyoto!

The hotel is very nice, has a bar to sit and work, free tea and coffee. Super polite and friendly staff. Fully furnished rooms with both air conditioning and heating, washing machine, location near convenience stores such as 7 eleven, Family Mart and surrounding shopping areas, near the subway so travel is very convenient. I had a great experience and slept very well at the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to book
