The staff was amazing, our flight was delayed and Christos and Veriola accomodated us greatly! The location is perfect and in central Thessaloniki, in walking range of all public transport and places of note. Excellent service, food and overall a great hotel! We highly recommend it.

The kind of hotel you don’t want to leave! I travel around 4–5 times a year and have stayed in hotels in many different countries, so I’ve experienced my fair share of great hospitality. But honestly, I can say this without hesitation: this hotel has given us the best service I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt different. We were warmly welcomed, everything was explained to us clearly, and one of the team members even personally walked us around to make sure we knew where everything was. It may sound like a small gesture, but these are exactly the things that make you feel genuinely cared for. And the service doesn’t stop there. Whenever we need something, it is taken care of immediately. No waiting, no having to ask twice, no feeling like you’re bothering anyone. Just incredibly kind, attentive and professional people who clearly take pride in what they do. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are stunning, everything works perfectly, the location is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent. Even the parking nearby was incredibly well organised, with the same level of great service. But above all, it is the people who make this place special. We still have three days left with our family, yet I’m already genuinely sad that we will have to leave. That says everything. I’m from the Netherlands, and after travelling to many different countries, I can honestly say that my appreciation and love for Greece and the Greek people grows every single day. What a beautiful country, and what incredibly warm and welcoming people. To the entire team: please keep doing exactly what you are doing. You have created something very special here. We will absolutely be back. 100%. And if you’re considering staying here: don’t hesitate. Book it. You’ll understand what I mean when you arrive. ❤️🇬🇷

Superior service by staff that go above and beyond what is expected. Rooms are rather small, but super clean and quiet. Plenty of good breakfast items. No parking on premises, but can drop off luggage in blocked off lane on VERY busy street. Lots of good restaurant choices within walking distance.

Overall, a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Location is great, however mind the fact that you will be dead city centre, so must find a parking if you have a car!

The main plusses to this hotel is its central location, the relatively quiet street and the design of the rooms. The main minusses of the hotel are more numerous and I will describe them in detail ; 1) The hotel rating is 5 stars but its true rating should be 4 stars. The environmental resilience tax is therefore 15 Euros a night for 7 months in every year (the so-called high season months). 2) The hotel cooperates with online agencies that deliberately misrepresent the tax and falsely claim that all taxes are included in the final price. When I arrived the receptionist was exceptionally courteous but I have been to Greece 🇬🇷 dozens of times in the past 30 years so when I encounter a person in the service industry who is sweet and gentle to the point that I expect honey to drop from his forehead I become suspicious. The receptionist announced with much fanfare that he decided to upgrade me to a "more expensive room" (could the reason be my beautiful brown eyes?) but that I would have to wait until the room is ready. He said the only thing I still need to pay is the environmental resilience tax but that this should be paid when I check out. Being the doubting Thomas that I am I insisted on paying for it immediately and asked how much it is. The receptionist said it is 15 Euros which surprised me because my booking confirmation specifically states all taxes, fees and surcharges were paid in advance. I objected and said I will contact the online booking agency. from that moment on the atmosphere in the lobby magically transformed from that of pretentious sophistication to something akin to a mix of an open air market and a gathering of close friends in a pub with the employees and suppliers speaking in loud voices. To cut a long story short I sat for an hour in the lobby and browsed google reviews that warned of the "upgraded" rooms that are apparently smaller and less comfortable. The shift changed and the next receptionist who has better communication skills demanded I pay the 15 Euros before receiving the keys. I explained the situation and said his colleague specifically asked me to pay when checking out. He said this was impossible and tells the story in a nut shell. I am, however, grateful to him that he agreed to my request to not get the upgrade and instead stay in the same room I booked (a business double room). 3) The bed sheets are made of material that is not adequate in a 3 star hotel much less in a 5 star hotel. Because of the high synthetic material content in them I woke up at 3 am in a pool of my own sweat.
