This is the second time I stayed at the hard rock hotel. I have zero complaints! Great experience.

Great place to stay. Exceptional Service.

great hotel, small rooms, service was good. food is reasonable. The hostess at the rooftop bar was very dry. She wouldn't seat us on the many empty tables they had because they were "reserved". By the time we left tables remain empty... servers seem unhappy, maybe is a ny thing.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Hard Rock Hotel. Due to a personal emergency, I reached out hoping they would show some understanding and let me change my booking dates. Unfortunately, they refused to meet me halfway or offer any flexibility, sticking rigidly to their policy despite my situation. It felt like they cared more about enforcing rules than about their guests’ real-life challenges. I expected better empathy and customer service from a brand like Hard Rock, but sadly, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I won’t be booking here again.

My family had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock. Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza and Broadway were all on our itinerary and the Hard Rock was conveniently located for them all.

My first stay at a Hard Rock and it didn’t disappoint! The bed was soft. I loved the shower head-best shower I ever had while traveling. Very convenient to everything!

The hotel is beautiful. VThe rooms were very nice and clean. Fantastic shower. Very conveniently located. Quiet. Excellent rooftop atmosphere and food. However, we did not enjoy the restaurant food. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

An outstanding hotel ! should have been rated 5 stars. Rooms are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The whole hotel music vibe is great, and the rooftop bar is a great spot, too. The location is unbeatable. Between 48th St. and 7th Avenue, in Times Square but not exactly on the square so it was also quiet enough. You can walk almost everywhere in Manhattan. 3 subway stations nearby. Very well recommended!

The hotel is very nice, the room is comfortable, a bit on the small size thought. We had a good time during our stay, the staffs were very nice

Nice. A little expensive, but worth the cost. Morning breakfast was worth the cost. Convenient walking distance to a lot. Staff were always nice and accomodating.

Property is very nice and clean and is one of the nicest hard rocks I have ever stayed at. It is in a great location and is a nice place overall to stay. Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. My only problems came when checking in and trying to use the rooftop bar. The check in process for our room was a nightmare and we had been booked in an occupied room. Our door keys did not work so I had to run down to front desk twice and tell them our keys are not working. They then unlocked the door only to find out someone was already in the room. The rooftop bar on the property was also booked the entire time for a a private event. If known in advance we would have never spent the 500 dollars to stay at this location.

Perfect location if you want to be near Times Square but away from the hustle of the crowd. Great staff!
