I had a truly disappointing experience with Hard Rock Hotel. Due to a personal emergency, I reached out hoping they would show some understanding and let me change my booking dates. Unfortunately, they refused to meet me halfway or offer any flexibility, sticking rigidly to their policy despite my situation. It felt like they cared more about enforcing rules than about their guests’ real-life challenges. I expected better empathy and customer service from a brand like Hard Rock, but sadly, I was left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I won’t be booking here again.
