Awesome hotel! Great location, super clean, a friendly and sufficient staff - and the pool and patio was great.

Overall it is a very nice hotel. The only downside was my bed. It felt as though it was about to fall apart and anytime you moved it was so loud. I was so scared to turnover thinking i was going to land on the floor. Other than that no other complaints.

What a great place to stay for a mother/daughter getaway!

Not very clean. Fire alarm beeping at midnight and they would not send anyone until 7 am. Had to call non- emergency number for firefighters to come. Ran out of toilet paper and 5 hours after request for some still did not have any.

Good location, nice staff. Loved the pool. Room is okay, very sparsley supplied with kitchen utensils though. Would recommend.

Lovely stay, clean rooms, good in room facilities. One if the 2 rooms we booked was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, this worked really well for our group of 6. This hotel is at the top of Broadway, with about a half hour walk to the far end where all the bars and restaurants are. There's a really great bagel shop around the corner and a french patisserie around another corner. The hotel is a great central point for visiting Nashville. Don't be put off by the cost of the parking, it's worth it and very secure and cheaper than some.

The wheelchair accessible bathroom could be improved to adjust the mirror height and the sink

Loved the location, as it was only a mile away from the craziness of downtown. We found our room to be very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were great bars and local restaurants less than a block away. We would definitely stay here again! Only issue was getting additional supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. Would be great if they had a closet of some sort to grab and go for these needs, as they don’t come into your room for cleaning or anything while you are there.

We got to stay in a really cool apartment like place.We liked there was 24/7 front desk.

It was a good place, good location. Staff were great, friendly and respectful. The unit we stayed in: now view, bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet and not too far to get to Broadway. $5-$7 Lyft to Broadway. We walked home at night, 25-30 minutes. Nice pool area, gym. Just what we needed for a short stay.

There was a gentleman at the front desk (I wish I caught his name!) that was incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the property. He MADE our stay! We also had a maintenance issue that was fixed right away.

The unit was spacious and comfortable but was a let down for a few reasons. End of corridor room meant i avoided any adjacent room noise but was next to a car park and a trash collection came every night between 3am and 4am, a lot of traffic noise and also construction noise. One of the bedroom windows had a blind and black out curtains bjt the other just shutter blind which let light in. Finally there was an infestation of ants. I reported this and it was addressed by sparying within 30-45 mins and no attempt to find the source, no apology, no ask about how my stay was a check out. Could be a great place but its the small details that make it average

Parking was easy, entering the property was easy. No special amenities, but the property was clean and was in a good location. I would stay there again.

I was in a full kitchen one bedroom and it had the bare essentials which I did t even need but it felt homey. It has ceiling fans and all have a nice sized patio for fresh air. Location is near restaurants that are higher end, and just over the bridge is a Whole Foods that’s easy to walk to. About a 20 minute walk to the Broadway action and museums.

An incredible stay. Felt like I was living in a luxury apartment for a day. The location could not have been better. If ever back in Nashville, I WILL ONLY stay here. I freaking loved it
