The unit was dirty, no tv, no wifi, no swimming pool so we decided to leave immediately. We are extremely disappointed online agent had passed this booking on to travelio who has the most rubbish customer service. We are currently having problems with our deposit refund, no response from travelio just an automated ai response. If we knew this would not be handled by online agent itself we would not have used you "trusted" app! Please sort this out! Disgusting apartment, disgusting staff and customer service. Shame on you for working together with travelio who is absolute rubbish!
