This is a hard one. Price is great. Easy walking distance to el Zocalo, the cathedral, and the ruins. But the hotel appears to be only marginally maintained, and the smell of sewer gas was not rare.

There was no hot water. No había agua caliente

There’s only hot water from 8 to 11 am. And 8 to 11 pm. The rest of the hours there is no hot water. There is a lot of insects inside your room.

I like how clean it was. I didn't like that in the rules it dair that they are not responsible for any lost things rhat were not on the safe box. So I wanted to use the safe box and it didn't work. I whent to reception and tthe lady told us that we shouldn't used it because they don't work. I felt blamed for something i was not told from the beginning of my stay, plus this lady in the evening shift is kind of rude. The other ones in the mornings are very nice

For a low cost hotel in the historic center of a major city Hotel Patria was just fine. Excellent location for exploring the older structures, the Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, Templo Mayor, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. We stayed a week and the weekend was pretty noisy in a fiesta way. Also there were demonstrations which made us glad we were able to walk places. Terrific value for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Great value—close to Zocalo.

Very dirty place. I can't believe that Expedia actually has this hotel rated with 4 out of 5 stars. Smelly towels. Generally just a dirty place. No working wifi and the estimate to fix it was 4 days away. We had paid for 5 nights at this hotel, but left after the first one. Very poor.

Desde q llegamos la habitación estaba sucia y durante la instancia no hicieron limpieza las toallas no las cambian la basura no la pasaron a recoger en los pasillos no limpiaban y el personal te deja afuera esperando un buen rato asta q se dignan en abrir

No tienen agua caliente las 24 HRS q después de las siete de la mañana como a la nueve baje y les dije q seguía sin agua caliente y muy grosera la recepcionista me dijo pues.le.tienes q abrir a la llave izquierda del lavabo para q te salga agua caliente como si yo supiera las deficiencias del hotel pésimo servicio

Habitación muy básica, muchos zancudos

Se encuentra en pleno corazón del centro, tienda de víveres a 200 metros, transporte metro a 500 metros, zona comercial alrededores, restaurante a 200 metros, la ubicación es buena para venir a comprar, el detalle es que debes dejar tus comprar grandes en bodega no suben al cuarto de lo contrario cobran 500 pesos. La atención en mayormente buena,

El único detalle es que no me quisieron realizar la factura de ahí en fuera , bueno relación precio-calidad. El personal amable.

Los colchones viejos, instalaciones muy descuidadas, con goteras, la puerta no cerraba bien se atoraba para cerrar, muchísimo ruido en los lugares aledaños
