They did not have kept for me available the double twin beds room I reserved. They said that it is Expedia's fault because Expedia did not reserve it with them as a double twin beds room. However in my confirmation from Expedia it showed clearly that I reserved a double twin beds rooms. So I am not sure if it is the hotel playing hames or Expedia not reserving what I reserved with them.

Mercure might be my new favourite hotel brand! Staff at reception were very nice. Lots of good information was given. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. River view room was very nice. Overall great hotel.

We paid for 2 rooms and they only had one room available and one of the party of 3 had to sleep on the floor we need a credit for one full room and some sort of credit for the other room as it could not accommodate us

Einfach ein tolles Hotel – sehr freundlich, sauber und einladend. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service ausgezeichnet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Kellemes környezet, Tokaj központjában. A legpozitívabb élményünk a reggeli és a személyzet kedvessége volt. Negatívum a szinte elviselhetetlen gépészet zaja, a szoba áthelyezés után is a háztetőre kihelyezett klíma zaj, egész nap a medence partján hangosan dübörgő "zene". Furcsa, hogy a lift félemeletről indul, így a bőröndöket cipelni kell. A folyó felé néző szobákat ajánlom csak!

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und das Personal auch. Es war trotzdem alles in Ordnung. Unseres Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal da übernachten, wenn wir hier unterwegs sind. :) Das Frühstück war auch lecker und mega viel Auswahl gab.
