Modern and located perfect to the centre and airport.

The staff was very welcoming and made a great start to our stay! We were kind of thrown off when we walked into our room and there was a very strong defuser type smell that was really overpowering. The smell even lingered on our clothes the day after we left. The room itself was nice and spacious but sadly the smell dampened our view on it…

Great base to explore Larnaca. Lovely apartment in a good position to get to centre of Larnaca. There was a kitchenette with hob, oven and microwave. Fairly well equipped with crockery and a couple of saucepans. Sadly plates were plastic. Comfortable living space. Bed had a soft but comfortable mattress. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, that warmed room in the cold temperatures of February, When the sun was shining there was a great balcony. Views limited from the third floor but there was access to a social space on the seventh floor with good views, and a jacuzzi in a Mini car!!! I certainly would recommend it as a base. I would, however, recommend hiring a car as getting around Cyprus as it is challenging by public transport.

Modern and spacious apartment in a great location that’s walkable to everything you need in Larnaca. Friendly staff and really appreciated the good quality toiletries and generous amounts of bottled water replenished daily. Highly recommended.

Amazing!! Will definitely come again

It has great potential, there’s one important point you could work on though. What we liked: we took deluxe apartment, it was spacious; water/tea/coffee supplied after each night; towels for the beach available; all bathroom supplies available; The biggest benefit was super nice staff. Absolutely adorable people. What we didn’t like: it was dirty, I mean a lot. The amount of dirt next to household appliances like washing machine or fridge was overwhelming, dust on the table… level of cleanliness made us think we would rather choose different stay in the future trips. We went upstairs, to the viewing terrace, VERY NICE space. Sadly the bar was not working, otherwise we would have spend our evening rather there than in the center.

The suite was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again. Very spacious had everything you need. Just one small issue, the fan in AC unit in the bedroom made a noise which kept me awake.

I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable. My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof.

What a lovely stay in such a beautiful and modern apartment. Everything was just ideal, especially when travelling with a four month old baby. The staff were great and really helpful too. I will be back to stay in the future for certain.

Excellent condo and close to the tennis facility as well as downtown area. It was convenient to have a laundry machine.

Stay went smoothly throughout. Hotel arranged pick-up from airport (E25) and back (E20). Reception was manned throughout, with everyone friendly and helpful. Room spacious, kitchenette had basic cutlery, crockery, utensils. Washing machine on site. Most enjoyable stay.

We recently visited Larnaca for a tennis tournament and chose the Liv Urban due to its location right next to the tennis club. We were pleased to have a spacious room overlooking the courts so we could keep an eye on the matches. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and spotless clean. It was very warm during our stay but the A/C kept us cool during the day and in the evenings we enjoyed meals on our balcony. The beds are a bit on the hard side for our taste, particularly the sofa-bed. The sheets and towels are very good quality and comfortable. What makes this place exceptional is the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered, from the reception to housekeeping, were kind and caring and very service-minded. We would be happy to stay here again.
