Very nice hotel. Staff members were helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned overnight after the first day. Key cards did not work and had to have reprogrammed. I accepted that the room was not cleaned, but had to go back to desk and get fresh linen. Staff member not to apologetic about condition of room. Hopefully this was a little glitch and not normal operating procedures.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband left something and they found it and set it aside for us to pick up at our convenience.

I thought the restaurant staff was disorganized. Also, no one cleaned our room on Saturday. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel pool, whirlpool and fitness room were very nice. The breakfast was good.

Accommodations were fine, but housekeeping never showed. Only got one change of towels after I went searching for housekeeping.

Excellent place

For a one night stay due to having to travel to UVA three hours from home it was good, however the rooms don’t have any sound proofing to the point you can hear others urinating in their bathrooms from your bed. Staff was very friendly. Hotel and rooms very clean.

I really appreciated the front desk workers they were very helpful and accomodating.
