Most of the staff problematic, not good quality of service. Exception for miss Claudia and Mr Renzo they are very good in hospitality service. Mr.david started to learn. We had issues with the other teams at front desk as they did not offer a good service, many time rude and don't know how to solve issues with the stay. Lot of time waiting. Restaurant was another problem as the waitress and bar people very rude in its treatmen to the customers.
