Most of the staff problematic, not good quality of service. Exception for miss Claudia and Mr Renzo they are very good in hospitality service. Mr.david started to learn. We had issues with the other teams at front desk as they did not offer a good service, many time rude and don't know how to solve issues with the stay. Lot of time waiting. Restaurant was another problem as the waitress and bar people very rude in its treatmen to the customers.

Terrible staff at front desk Renato , and Nicole not helping. Just make problems and the stay very uncomfortable. Hotel room with accesibility with a lot of problems, appliances not working. Very difficult for people with limited mobility.

Bad quality of service from the staff we have been several days in the hotel and the staff , Renato, Nicole are really bad. They do not make a comfortable stay as in other ibis hotels in the world. They just looking umo how to charge more and how to avoid any perk or improve from Expedia. Besides the hotel is sometimes dirty and appliances are not working l. They just cut the ac whenever the want their staff is rude people.

1. te cobran adicional en dolares 2. no te brindan boleta o factura 3. amedrentamiento, i dejas una reseña te dicen apemas ingresas cual fue el motivo etc e incluso te quitan la tranquilidad y tiempo incomodandote la estadia por preguntar, cuestionar y que el gerente debe hablar contigo. haciendote ver que no debes agregar ninguna reseña. 4. ofrecen promociones que ellos no lo cumplen y que debes arreglarte con la empresa que realizastes la compra 5. totalmente incomoda

Honestly the only problem with this place was my check-in process. I've never had someone act rudely during a hotel check-in.. I was surprised. I think it had something to do with me being a gringo. She scoffed at my passport, expressed disdain audibly, rolled her eyes, etc. Its a working professionals district, tons of banking offices. Nothing really to see but is good stop if you need to get to the bus station in la Victoria. Otherwise, I would never stay here.

Perdieron un paquete que llegó a mi nombre, con mi número de habitación (pésimo, era un regalo para mi hijo, quien es niño). Pésimo trato de varias personas de front desk, que en vez de corregir su error se pusieron agresivos y burlones (Karina muy irrespetuosa, grosera y burlona). Me quejé con la General Manager, pero decía que Karina es antigua, y confían en ella. Finalmente se quedaron con el regalo de mi hijo (que llegó claramente identificado con mi nombre y número de habitación). Un desastre el trabajo de Karina, y varias personas más de recepción. Inaceptable que pierdan un regalo, y peor aún que luego sean irrespetuosos y burlones.
