This is a basic room but the bed was very comfortable. Room had everything we needed and was in a great location. The contactless check in worked great for us because we had just arrived in Spain. I credit Numa for finding that my passport had expired! I did not realize and even the airline did not find this problem when I uploaded passport info to them! Thanks to Numa I was able to get an emergency new passport and was ready to fly on schedule.

Location couldn’t be better. In the heart of Madrid, only 7 minutes from Puerta del Sol and all the shops.

Positives were the location, ease of check in and shared kitchen space. Negatives were the cleanliness (absolutely disgusting with hairs all in the bathroom and over the floor and dust on every surface), heat of the room with AC that barely worked, and the general tiredness of the place in comparison to the photos. Not worth the money.

The best about this property was location and bed. Air conditioning was not powerful enough. Smart TV wasn’t connecting to streaming services as promised. Bathroom shower seal around needs redoing it does looks like child put it on plus was a bit moldy. Front door wasn’t responding to the code we have type in and we could only relay on someone coming in and out.

Clean spacious room with a view of the Palace Hotel. Quiet at night (construction noise during renovation of unit in building was a minor inconvenience). Communication was efficient if impersonal. Quick check in and check out.

Clean room and shared kitchen is great

We didn’t use the kitchen. We didn’t have breakfast. We like our room. The bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to take a shower!

Bed and towels clean and comfortable. Smell of sewage coming from bathroom area made the experience worse. Emailed the property for them to address and they didn’t respond.

The bed was big and comfortable and the skates was amazing. Easy to get to all of the main attractions

The rooms need to be sound proof. The provision of essentials & option for laundry were complimentary and the apartment is generally in close proximity to transportation & attractions.

I had a great stay at the numa Madrid. The room was quiet and the bed quite comfortable. I have no complaints at all. 5 minute walk to the Thyssen; 10 minute walk to the Prado; -5 minute walk to the Reina Sofia. Perfect for an art lover. I recommend, however, an iron and board for those among us who appreciate being neat.

Clean well-appointed room. Communal kitchen was great! Cool music and vibes in the common area.
