The Place to Tea Relaxing cosy hidden tea room to enjoy a relaxing tea or refreshment with a delicious home style cake. Set in the lounge of the hotel there is also a beautiful shady garden to chill out with comfy sofas and pool. Tea-time in the afternoon only, no need to be a hotel guest.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Soclo. GPS guided us perfectly to the city location and we were happy to have paid for parking, as parking is limited. Wonderfully restored building in vibrant section of town, great linens and furnishings in a large room, great shower and bathroom. The brunch Sunday matches any in the world and dinner with live soft jazz was fantastic Enjoy the enclosed garden and walk to many worthwhile spots. Toulouse and Soclo were and unexpected highlight of our French excursion

We adored our stay at Hotel Soclo - from the warm welcome when we arrived, to all our requests and interactions during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was beautiful - gorgeous fabrics and colours, l’Occitane toiletries and a mini bar with selected contents that are far from the usual run of the mill. We dined in the verandah and enjoyed the fresh, vibrant and varied flavours of the dishes as well as the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant and garden on a warm spring night. Breakfast the next morning was a delight for the eyes and the stomach, with a huge range of buffet items to choose from - again, far from the run of the mill. We will remember Hotel Soclo as one of the standout hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

This hotel is one of a kind. Stayed there a couple of time and last time, they even bought my brothers favourite Japanese whisky when I asked if they had it. They do go the extra mile, they live way beyond that! The brunch was delicious and we love the place!

Scammed us. We paid for two nights for their topmost floor room (which has both a bathtub and a small balcony). When we arrive, they take us to the lower level room (which was cheaper). When we asked, they said both rooms are the same, and only the lower room has a bathtub. We then called back to reception and informed them that we checked our receipt and that we would like the room we paid for anyway. They said it was booked that day, and that we can have it the next day. Turns out the room we paid two nights for does actually have a bathtub. They never refunded us the price difference for the cheaper room. The deluxe room also ended up having glaring quality issues (broken toilet brush, broken USB port that makes a high pitch noise right next to the bed). We complained to the French authorities, but not much came out of that either. Not a single apology from the hotel staff either.
