La estadia fue muy confortable, aunque desde mi punto de vista, faltaron detalles que en un hotel ****, no deben faltar

Charging €5 to use the (empty) gym is a crappy thing to do. Loud “entertainment” till midnight each night.

All brilliant. Only criticism was some of the food was cold and no entertainment in English.

La habitacion muy amplia aunque agradeceria poder tener algo de separacion entre la cama de los niños y la nuestra para hacer la estancia mas comoda. La camarera de habitaciones fabulosa. El equipo de animacion muy bueno. La variedad y calidad del buffet bastante bien. Las piscinas muy limpias y siempre hay hamacas disponibles. Quizas como recomendacion incluir las bebidas de comida y cena en la pension completa y tener agua en los minibares ya que el agua no es buena. El equipo de recepcion deberia ser algo mas cercano al cliente.

It was a wonderful short vacation stay. All staff were helpful and very friendly. Facilities were well kept up and clean. Next time we hope for a longer stay.

Too noisy, nowhere to get away from the noise, no tea and coffee at dinner !

Food cold except for fish cooked on griddle. Sauces on everything all a bit mushy. Very nice quiet area, sea views, plenty local buses to get to other areas.

As a wheelchair user I would like to applaud this hotel for all the effort they have gone to in accommodating the wheelchair, all areas are accessible including the new addition of a hoist for easy access to the pool. Room 222 was perfect with a wheel in shower with seat, low level sink, wide doors. This was our second stay here and looking forward to a third. High recommended

The food is awesome there's even champagne for breakfast for that jetset lifestyle. the staff is very helpful and friendly even when they are very busy. very good Wifi but the internet is about right for Spain hit and miss.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area. As a wheelchair user all areas in the hotel and grounds were accessible. Access to the beach was difficult though. Delightful staff, we will be returning

Unfortunately this hotel is for family and we were disappointed at the large noise dinning room.

We visited 10th - 17th September 2014 with our 3 year old boy. We rented a car (free parking at the hotel was an unexpected bonus!) and it was great to be able to get around to other nearby places so I would definitely recommend doing the same! Although the drive from the airport (Murcia San Javier) was around 2 hrs, but pretty much all motorways so pretty easy but long after a flight. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, as we went slightly out of season the hotel was not too busy so we were always able to get sunbeds at the pool and a table in the restaurant. The food was probably the worst thing about the trip, it was all a buffet which wasn't properly labelled so was never really sure what anything was! Also on multiple occasions the meat looked really undercooked - I got a chicken breast that was raw in the middle!! Aside from the food the hotel was great, lovely swimming pools, close to the beach and lots of other things to do nearby like minigolf and bowling. The area is probably very popular in high season, but it didn't seem overly built up and touristy which was really nice. My top tip would be make sure you brush up on a little bit of Spanish as the staff in some of the restaurants and shops nearby (and one waitress in the hotel restaurant) didn't understand any English, luckily we knew enough Spanish to get by and most of the staff in the hotel spoke English. But it might have been a little challenging outside of the hotel if we didn't know any!

Good value, but may not be a fit if looking for a romantic get away. Lots of families with kids.

Stayed here for the second time last week and it's as good as ever.

A super break in a comfy hotel. In a good location. If we were to bring the family, however, dinner a little on the late side but otherwise we were more than satisfied and would stay there again.

We wanted a hotel where it was We looked for a hotel which was typically Spanish away from any typical Brit package deal. This fitted our requirements and even the Spanish girl in the dining room was amazed that we were there as it was full of Spaniards, which we told her that is exactly why we chose it. Although we requested a sea view at the time of booking (3 months prior), we were given a view of the car park albeit with the mountains in the background. We were told that the hotel was busy, but we did request a sea view 3 months in advance!
