We had a lovely stay at the Park hotel, well located only a 2 min walk from the town. Food for both breakfast and dinner was good. Staff were attentive. The swimming pool is nice and well heated. The setting with walk ways to the water edge was excellent. Our room while no major complaints perhaps did not live up to expectations of other 5 star hotels we have stayed in the past but was fine. We had specifically picked the hotel for a family room with bunk beds but had a room with a pull out bed instead for children which was fine as they were small but would not be suitable for older children.

The Park is definitely a worthwhile splurge. Room was well appointed and the staff was warm and friendly. Kenmare is a great backdrop for a wonderful trip. If I had to make a "complaint" it would be that the carpet is so thick and plush it made pulling the wheeled luggage challenging, but that is not a serious complaint.

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Hotel is on a beautiful property, but it is dated. The room layout was very nice and comfortable but the furnishing were worn, chipped and dated. The hotel grounds were amazing.

Incredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent. Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside.

For property that was opened up in the 1800s, there are modern conveniences and amenities. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and nice, and the spa is over the top. The building is very old, but everything else gets an A+ plus. there was a concert of instrumental musicians in the lobby on the night that I arrived, which was extraordinary.

Wonderful service, amazing food and a very pretty hotel, grounds. Kenmare is a cute village with some good shopping.

It was perfect! In the middle of Kenmare yet totally private. So many amenities and the service was excellent. Our party of 4 was thrilled with this property.

Beautiful hotel and grounds but the staff was the best part! Everyone we came in contact in was lovely & so kind and accommodating. I'm not certain about all the rooms, but 222 did not have an outlet near a mirror which made it difficult to dry hair but that's the only con I have with Park Hotel.

Classic historical property with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The botanical garden tour by Shane was a highlite. Wi-Fi needs improving
