Clean room good size for Paris . Half the staff was incredible but one was terrible . Zero help and didn’t even acknowledge us at some points. Hot tub did not work was like warm an had to be paid for to use. Sauna was great but needs to be booked before use. Breakfast is NOT included neither is water in the rooms which I was not made aware of . Great location very central to everything

The room was great, a little snug but we expected that for central Paris.

The room was very nice, but I paid for a superior room with a garden or city view and I had no view at all. In addition, I picked this resort because of the sauna and hot tub and was only told upon arrival that we had to book it in advance, which was very disappointing since we were only there for 3 nights and it was already booked the times we could go. Otherwise very friendly staff and excellent location.

I loved this hotel! The whole place is adorable; its style, the restaurant and the breakfast was great! I was very impressed with the size of room and bathroom I got for being in Paris! Overall great experience

I would give this review a full star rating but I left a pair of leather gloves in the lobby restroom late one night and the next morning asked about them and was to told they’d been recovered but to check with just after their lunch hour, then mysteriously they couldn’t be found. It took two days to get an answer that they couldn’t be found so I’m sure some one decided to keep them. Other than that I enjoyed the stay and accommodations. It’s a very easy and comfortable stay.

Room was clean, staff very attentive. Smaller room than expected, and access to the hot tubs was €50 which I did not anticipate.

Had a problem with my booking, and they were not remotely forgiving and took hours and hours to respond over WhatsApp after repeatedly reaching out, which was my only means of communication with them. Interesting for the services industry in my opinion

Room was spotless upon arrival and cleaned everyday. Very spacious and modern!

Staff was friendly and accommodating to American tourists. Room was as advertised and included breakfast was more than expected. Hotel is on a busy pedestrian street with late activity but when windows are closed properly the noise is minimal. Woulf recommend and stay again.
