There was not a lot of space in the front for as many cars as come through this area.
There were no carts to help with luggage because people are not returning them and no one was going to get them back. Valet said they did not feel that was their job.
My check-in was fine and everyone that I encountered was very nice.
There was no hot water when I took a shower at 11:30 at night so we had to change rooms.
I did get a late check out, but there was no offer for any discount for having no hot water in my room. That would have been very nice because it was a huge inconvenience to get a cold shower and have to change rooms at 11:30 at night when I was ready to go to bed.
When I went to get breakfast at 10 o’clock on Monday morning, there were three hard pancakes that I could not even bite into and no other hot food. I had to go out and buy my breakfast. Another opportunity to discount my bill since I feel that I paid for something I did not get. The hotel is beautiful, no doubt, but they need to invest a little more in having people to help customers in ways they are not being helped.
All in all, I paid way too much money for what I got.
