Excellent

Shower was ice cold and barely a trickle

Really nice clean property with a lovely roof top bar and pool. Room service was not great, but property was nice for the value overall.

Hotels.com showed one room at booking and ended up putting me into a different room. Very frustrating. Front desk was rude every single interaction. Will stay somewhere else before coming back here again.

Service was really nice. Location is very convenient, easy to get to Hollywood and universal studios

The hotel itself looks great and has a nice rooftop. With that said, the beds were not comfortable, at night you constantly hear the loud music of the rooftop bar/club, and there's a AC control unit that has a bright light which makes it difficult to sleep at night despite the other lights being off. Also, the shower pressure was very low. I did enjoy the rooftop views though.

Great service. Beautiful hotel with cool art on the walls. Nice rooftop for bar, breakfast, pool, and views. Room wasn’t cramped. Valet service was smooth. No complaints.

Great hotel

Property was wonderful from start to finish. They gave us amazing customer service, even gave my husband some tasty treats for his bday. The room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

I booked the presidential suite for a night away with my husband and me his birthday and we were not disappointed night. The staff sent up gifts for us when they found out about my husband‘s birthday, which was really nice of them. The room was wonderful to say the least. it was clean and the views were amazing. I would stay here again for sure. The only negative was that we were only gonna be staying one night. Loved it!

Nice hotel, excellent clean rooms, staff ok, beware of noise from night club on higher floors and limited menu in bar, an english thing i know but unable to get a cup of tea in the rooms or evening in the bar. Slightly questionable area when walking to Hollywood boulevard- homeless folk on the pavement etc

Excellent! Beautiful hotel and the service was impeccable. The room was so nice with amazing views of the Hollywood sign. So much so we decided to hike up to the sign! Rooftop bar was a whole vibe and clearly a popular spot in town. So much fun, you could relax or party…whatever your mood was. Best flat white and pancakes at the rooftop restaurant! I was not expecting the food to be so good. Wonderful stay. Love the Thompson hotels because they are consistent in the service and quality in different cities that I’ve stayed.

My stay at the Thompson Hollywood was incredible! From the personalized help from the staff, Aiz in particular, to my beautiful room I adored this stay. The hotel looks like a private club. The aesthetic is dynamic!

Hotel has exactly the right LA vibe with entertainment offerings like no other

Location

Thompson Hollywood is a beautiful hotel. It was convenient to Walk of Fame, restaurants, and Starbucks. We especially enjoyed the rooftop dining. Breakfast was delicious. Staff members were friendly and polite. My daughter and I had a blast! Will definitely be back!
