Estuve recientemente en este hotel y, en general, la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es 10 de 10: absolutamente todo es nuevo, moderno y bellísimo. Las instalaciones están impecables, con muchas piscinas increíbles, modernas y súper lindas que realmente hacen que uno se sienta en el paraíso. 🌴💦 La playa, lamentablemente, no está en buen estado. Está llena de sargazo y realmente nadie se mete al agua. Pero las piscinas son tan buenas que compensan completamente eso. Ahora, lo negativo —y es importante decirlo para que puedan mejorar—: • El servicio de room service es lentísimo. Se demoran bastante en llevar lo que uno pide a la habitación. • La comida es 0 de 10 para mí. No sé si es porque soy latina y tengo otro tipo de paladar, pero encontré la comida muy desabrida, sin sabor. Todo se ve bonito, perfecto para las fotos, pero al probarlo, no tiene sazón, no tiene vida. Probé varias cosas y ninguna me gustó realmente. A pesar de esos puntos, si mejoraran la comida y el tiempo de respuesta del room service, definitivamente volvería. El lugar tiene mucho potencial y visualmente es espectacular. 💫

This was our first time at a Secrets property and we absolutely loved it. Everything was amazing. This was a stunning resort with great food - the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. We got the standard junior suite which is the lowest room option they had but somehow we’re still in awe of how beautiful the room, especially the bathroom was. The beach wasn’t nice but we knew this coming in, and honestly the resort is so nice I truly didn’t mind that. Our only complaint was that our A/C didn’t get cold and it was a bit uncomfortable at night sleeping in the heat & humidity. Also be cautious that the mosquitoes are very bad here. We came back with several bites but the resort is obviously aware of this and does provide repellent for you in your room. Other than that we absolutely loved it here and it will not be our last time at this property, or at the Secrets resort chain.

Our stay at Secrets Moxché was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, everyone was kind, accommodating, and truly customer-first. Check-in and check-out were seamless and fast, which set the tone for an amazing stay. Every restaurant on the property was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality meals. Booking excursions was super convenient—we were able to schedule everything we wanted to do right after check-in, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. This was our first experience at a Secrets Resort, and it easily became our favorite vacation to date. While it is on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth every penny, and then some! We were not disappointed in the slightest and felt well taken care of during our entire week-long stay. My fiancé and I are already looking forward to visiting another Secrets Resort.. and we’ll definitely be returning to Moxché!

Amazing resort, great staff, great time! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to preferred club to have a tub on the balcony and it was 100% worth it. Love that the coffee shop is 24 hours. We also really liked the secrets box for room service!

The staff and amenities truly give the guests ultimate relaxation and convenience. Everything you need and want is already thought of and provided. My husband lost his driver's license the second day we were there and it was found and returned to us within 2 hours. We also really enjoyed the spa and had wonderful massages, definitely worth it.

Friendly staff. Not enough beach chairs or umbrellas. Beach uninhabitable. So disappointed. Horrible smell from beach. This was not a beach destination but a pool destination so know before you go. Many people scrambling for chair and umbrellas in the heat

Very unique property with multiple secluded pools and quaint grotto settings. The pool water was always warm and the food was uniformly exceptional. The service was always subtle, but very attentive. The rooms were very elegant, but simple.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a jaw-dropping view that set the tone for the entire experience. The resort’s architecture is truly stunning—every detail feels intentional, luxurious, and designed to impress. The food was phenomenal across every restaurant we tried—fresh, flavorful, beautifully plated, and with enough variety to keep every meal exciting. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. The service is beyond 5-star: warm, attentive, and always one step ahead. Secrets Moxché delivers an experience that goes far beyond a typical resort stay. It’s romantic, elegant, and effortlessly world-class. We will absolutely be coming back.

This resort is absolutely stunning!! You want relaxation....they got it!! You want to party......they got it. I highly recommend it!

Excellent resort with extremely friendly staff and top notch service. The food was definitely above average for all inclusive resort. The beach was not in a good condition due to see weed. Multiple pools with different vibes. Amazing live music. Butlers (Cesar and Luis) were very good. Live entertainment team (Axel, Jasmine, Jose) were very engaging. Room was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the only reason I chose 4 rather than 5 is the TV malfunctioned several times and the room lights came on randomly in the middle of the night twice during our stay. Several other people had similar complaints regarding the lights. It seemed like something electrical was going on resort wide. Overall, we loved the resort and the staff, and would definitely consider coming back.
