Great place!

La niña de la recepción rechazaba las llamadas para resolver inquietudes sobre mi reserva con hotels.com. La habitación estuvo bien había un poco de olor como a humedad.

The staff was great and the rooms were solid

The people working here were great and super attentive and the room was clean and cozy

The property itself is nice and located close to mall waking distance. When we arrived to our room the linens on the bed were stained. The beds are extremely hard. I wish they can provide a mattress topper as I would wake up with a backache every day. Eventually, had to purchase one to get a good night sleep plus pillows as the pillows provided were very flat. The first few floors are dorms for the students attending the nearby university. We tried using the pool table but they don’t allow after 11 pm. This may be a rule for the students but they should allow the guests to use facilities at least until midnight. Tried a few times but the students were using and played until the allowed time so never got to enjoy the pool table. The hotel doesn’t have ac so we had no choice but to keep window open and our room faced the main road so expect a lot of noise. As it got later in the night it did cool down but the traffic noise is all day and night. Aside from that it was convenient and clean and the reception girls were attentive.

This is another place I always use when I visit my family. Across the street from Centro Chía, a nice mall where you will find different kinds of stores, 2 supermarkets a movie theater and a park to just relax and catch some sun rays. It is close to my family so it is a preferred place. Thank you guys.

The property is well located, close to restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The room is comfortable, the bed a bit hard. The restaurant staff is excellent, very friendly. I didn't like that every time we left, they asked if we were guests, what room we had, and how long we were staying. The questions were a bit awkward. They said it was because the property is also a student residence and they are very strict about who goes up to the rooms or common areas, but we weren't students, nor do we look like students. I think they could treat hotel guests differently than residents.

Although we paid for one room for two people, they charged us for an extra person even though we showed them the booking receipt.

Is a perfect place for the money

It is a nice hotel very near a lot of things, there is a huge shopping mall and easy to walk. The hotel is friendly and filled with the university students. I was able to eat breakfast when I needed it. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that breakfast it’s over at 9:00 a.m. so if I wake up late I’m out of luck.

You should include parking in the same hotel account so you are not paying every time you leave in the car.

This was a great place to stay in. We needed to be close to an Event in Briceño and the place worked perfect. It is located in a really good central area with everything you need around and the room was kept pretty clean! Highly recommended
