Worst hotel, staff is terrible the food is horrid and they don’t respond when you try to text them

I do not think I have been treated better at any hotel than I was treated here. Pristine personal and facilites. I will find it hard to look for a better place than this in the zone. 10/10

Tuve una excelente estadía en el Hotel Distrito ZF. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y en una zona muy segura en Bogotá. Sobretodo, quiero SÚPER RECOMENDARLO por su excelente servicio y atención al huésped. La amabilidad y disposición a ayudarme durante mi estadía fue excepcional. Hago especial atención al chico de frontdesk, Mateo, quien fue “above and beyond”. Me asistió y aconsejó en ubicarme cerca del área, en comprar unas medicinas por delivery que necesitaba y no se conseguían. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente para garantizar que nos sintiéramos cómodas y bienvenidas. Siempre he admirado la calidad y amabilidad hacia el cliente en Colombia pero este hotel superó las expectativas. Muchas gracias.

Very safe place inside a gated area. Felt super safe. And hotel was very nice.

Limpio pero con falta de adecuaciones en el baño , el área de ubicación si es para llegar en vuelo nocturno es oscuro y no es fácil de encontrar, en las mañanas se escucha ruido externo! El acceso es restringido porque está dentro de la zona franca de Bogota! No me pareció cercano al aeropuerto porque el taxista no ubicó fácilmente la dirección. el desayuno es bueno. El precio es alto

Worst service ever, Noisy room with no possibility to rest. It is hell to enter the hotel. The staff does not respond or resolve complaints. Room 608 has a deafening engine noise. Hell is little
