The room was clean and it had more then we expected. Kitchen was fully stocked

The room was clean and modern. The staff was personable and courteous.

Room was too small

I and everyone else staying here were told to vacate after my first night here. Sonder and Marriott had ceased their working relationship. I wasted an entire day looking for new accommodation both on my own and via a 3 hour wait on Expedia. During a snowstorm.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We booked a 2 BR suite and it was amazing! Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, location, amenities, art work and atmosphere all 10/10. I was skeptical at first as I have never stayed in apart/hotel accommodation before, but I was positively surprised by Sonder Maisonneuve.

Clean room and overall great experience!

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for the season, which was disappointing, but understandable given how cold it was outside. Everything that I needed to cook with was avaliable in the room. If I return to Montreal I'll be staying here again.

Spacious, spotless and the staff vey friendly

Second time staying here and booked the same type of room as we did last time, however was given a different room which had a different layout with the bed, kitchenette, and TV area all in one open room with very high ceiling - was so noisy and at around 5:10am all you could hear was extremely loud garbage and construction trucks emptying and moving metal bins around. From the 14th floor sounded like it was right outside our window and continued through the morning and couldn’t sleep. Zero sound proofing would not take my chances and come back if given this room again unless you don’t care to sleep through the night.

The room was lovely and spacious and clean and light. We didn't want for anything! Towels. Bedding. Toiletries. Teas. Coffees. All supplied! The staff are second to none here. Always friendly and helpful!

Great place to stay...clean, amenities, self contained w laundry, kitchen, fridge etc. In tge heart of montreal can walk anywhere
