Wonderful hotel and great location! Highly recommend as it’s newly renovated and spotless! Felt like a nice home away from home.

The front desk individuals were very nice and pleasant!

Very clean and spacious. Great having cooking area. Loved the amenities like pool tables and theatre room for watching the Olympic hockey. However the water pressure could be enhanced and our toilet kept running all the time. We mentioned to the front desk but no change.

Location was perfect

Front desk staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. They were knowledgeable about Ottawa and local events. Made our check in process easy. Awesome being helped by people who genuinely care. Rooms were impeccable. They even upgraded our room and provided sparkling wine for being a premium Expedia member. Felt very welcome!

no blind curtain…

Someone else was cooking in their room. The smell was all over the hallway started coming in my room getting a headache from the strong smell of cooking told the reception they didn’t do nothing about it. They said they will get back to me of whatever it is, no one ever did get back to me. I’m disappointed because I’ve been there so many times nothing like this ever happened before the place is amazing. Everything else is good. I’m always there but this time it wasn’t for that price I paid. I had a headache that wasn’t.

Endroit très propre et très bien situé. Nous étions près de toutes les activités proposées à Ottawa. Ma femme et moi recommandons cet établissement à coup sûr. Également, le fait d’avoir une cuisinette toute équipée à été très apprécié à notre arrivée. Personnellement nous allons y retourner c’est sûr!!!

Great location, staff very accommodating and courteous, the room was clean, large and nice. We had a large 2 bedroom and was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when in Ottawa and would highly recommend.

Room was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Parking was a breeze with in/out privileges. The room is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery. My only single complaint is that there were no blackout curtains so the room was very bright even at night from the city lights. I like darkness when I sleep.
