Great location, breakfast at the rooftop is an amazing experi

Choice of room upon arrival and a free drink in the bar was a fantastic welcome Room immaculate throughout , with decent bed and down duvets. Blackout blinds and no noise at all once settled in meant best night sleep ever!!

Great location, friendly staff, loved the view. My biggest complaint: WC light switch location was a little inconvenient. That’s the worst problem I had at this hotel.

The hotel was excellent, very well situated for our visit to the city. The staff, breakfast offering and facilities were excellent. The room was very comfortable. Every member of staff we dealt with provided the best customer service really added to our enjoyment of the trip. The atmosphere in the bar was first rate and the social happy hour was an added bonus.

Quiet and clean. View was excellent. Very nice staff, as always.

Room was spacious and clean. Easy to book in. Only complaint is the room was not serviced when we were there. Had to go to reception for a change of towels.

How friendly and helpful the staff was. We stayed there for 2 weeks to attend my daughters wedding. During that time they did everything to help us comfortable and feel welcomed. Great place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience welcoming. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options and great quality. On the downside, the room felt a bit basic considering the price point. Additionally, on arrival the shower gel hadn’t been filled, which was probably just an oversight but doesn’t reflect well on the attention to detail.

We had a great stay at the Scandinavian Norreport. The location was great for touring around Copenhagen, close to the metro & train stops. The rooms were clean, but on the small side. The staff was friendly and accommodating! We loved the rooftop bar! Highly recommend!!

First,SO conveniently located by the metro- a straight shot to the airport and in a great walking area! Rooftop bar was gorgeous. The room was small but fine for two. Only problem is we had amazing warm weather in Copenhagen but we couldn’t get the room to cool Down. Great hotel, would stay again.
