I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was extremely busy that weekend, but the Staff professionalism was outstanding.

Great location

Very loud parties of kids running around. You have to pay to park on property with your stay. Water took forever to get warm.

The property was in a well-lit area and the traffic flow was a minimum.

Property is great. Nice location, friendly staff. But I paid $1500 total for a 5 night stay and then had to use an app for parking. I feel like parking should be free for guest. Not $8 a day through a 3rd party app.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, it was clean and felt like a home away from home!

I loved it

Great property, wonderful breakfast. The shower hand is a little high. But good water pressure and the bed was wonderful.

Dining options for Breakfast was superb. The Market needed more options for lunch.

Absolutely amazing

I didn’t like that I had to pay $6 per night of my stay to park in their Parking Lot

This is the first time at Residence Inn Zephyrhills FL. We could not believe how many people with dogs. We stay at a number of places that allow dogs and hardly see them when there. We thought there was a limit of 2 dogs per room but we saw people going in with 3. They are disrespectful to people not liking or allergic to dogs. Our room was very nice roomy, clean and well appointed. We loved having the roomy cute kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and we loved that the TV could be turned to watch from the bed or from the sofa bed area. The breakfast was your average food which would appeal to most people. The waffles are awful, the batter is thin and when you cook it, it does not cook through and is like rubber to cut. The carts are literally useless if you have any amount of things. We stayed 4 days and need clothes moved to our room. The carts have no racks for clothes so we had to make 2 physical trips to move them. We had people going to ride with us so they needed to be out of the back seat. The carts are some weird kind of "V" shaped that hold hardly anything. All the other hotels we have stayed at have the regular ones with racks for clothes and a solid bottom for other things. Even though I loved the room, we would not ever stay at a Residence Inn again.

Stayed here after a hurricane with limited availability of rooms in the Tampa Bay area. A bit remote if you don’t have business in the immediate area, but otherwise fine.

Very nice

The property was very nice and the room was like a studio apartment with a full Kitchen, living space and bedroom. The breakfast was Ok but we've had better.

Not my best experience sleeping in the sofa bed and pillows.

Rooms were clean and as shown in pictures.

Great property for a quick weekend visiting for a tournament.
