Room was nice, I was a little surprised there was no dresser or closet but that's on me for not reading the details closely and we managed just fine without. AC worked very well it was super convenient having a remote! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and fresh 😁

Feels more like a motel rather than a hotel. The service was okay - not very refined/professional but responsive. The pool area is small but pretty. The parking lot is detached, maybe a block away. The walk to it wasn't very pleasant especially at night - felt a bit shady. You could find street parking closer to the hotel though. The room itself was decently clean. Our sheets had what it seemed to be permanent stains (though they were washed clean).

Staff were extremely helpful, from asking for water or towels or calling us a taxi, they were always quickly able to help. The room was comfy and the AC worked very well. Lots of shower pressure. Will definitely come back

i was looking forward to my stay since i have been a client before. So sad to see this once beautiful Boutique Hotel fall apart because there’s no maintenance : dirty pool, dirty floors, dingy sheets, moldy room, water bugs!!

I booked this property because of the roof top experience, the pool wasn’t working it was under construction and the bar and the juice bar were closed . I did enjoy the the beach club , food was amazing

Me gustó todo bien , es la segunda vez que lo visito, nomas que me hubiera gustado que llenaran el refri como la primera vez que fui, o que pusieran jabones para bañarte , esta vez no me pusieron jabones:( nomas me dieron shampoo y me duró poco pero en si el hotel está muy bien!

Nice place with a beautiful view. However our tv didn't work which wasn't a huge deal. Very nice staff here as well.

Place has great location and a lot of potential. Property needs a little love. Staff is mixed and unclear. Check in was off at first and took a good 10-15 minutes to check us in. Valet staff was great.

This is my second stay at the Experience Hotel and I really enjoyed both visits. The hotel is well kept up and clean. It’s also quiet and relaxing since it us for adults only. I do wish the roof bar was opened on the nights u was there because I live having a drink and enjoying the sunset. I had breakfast there all three days and it was delicious! Service is excellent!!
