Terrible, no one cleaned the room. I returned late from work. No toilet paper, no coffee. When I approached the desk they said “you needed to ask.” I replied “how would I know that.. I have stayed here before and my room was cleaned.” Could not use the gym without an appointment. Ridiculous, terrible lighting in the room and very old, dirty mattress. Extremely disappointing.

The rooms were amazing, super clean, comfy bed, very cool decor! Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good. Disappointing for a such a nice hotel.

Hotel was top class, staff were lovely, room was so nice and comfy, the heated pool in the middle of hotel was one of the nicest experiences, enjoyed it so much, coffee in morning was so good too

Worst hotel experience ever. No communication that hotel was actually going to be CLOSED. YES, A hotel closed over the holidays. Do not waste your time here. Had gnats (small flies) flying all around our food and beverages the entire time we were at hotel and a number of the restaurants were not even open for service. Do not waste your money at the Dean. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Extremely clean room, very comfortable bed and a TV with all the streaming apps. Pool and sauna area were amazing

Outstanding time as always. Friendly staff, clean staff rooms, awesome pool. Close to the nightlife but far enough away so you don’t have to deal with the shenanigans.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Dean Galway! This was my second stay and it was just as seamless as my first. Early check in, and being able to store luggage to enjoy the last few hours in Galway was the best! The employees from front desk to the coffee bar to Sophie's were all just divine! Thank you for another amazing stay!

Everything was wonderful! Fabulous hotel 2 blocks from the city center with delicious restaurants, a lovely spa/gym, and excellent guest service.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location

Great hotel. We stay here every time we come to Galway. Love love love the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great.

Visited The Dean for two nights with my partner and will definitely be returning. We were kindly upgraded and the room was fabulous! Location super central and got a really good value deal. The staff were super lovely! The facilities were fabulous - really good gym & nice outdoor heated pool with sauna & ice baths. Two restaurant options onsite but limited menus and quite pricey for options on offer; however, loads of good cafe and restaurant options within walking distance. Only additions to really add to the experience would be shelves/cupboard to store clothes in the room & mugs/spoons rather than paper cups for coffee & tea in the room.
