Our stay with Sivaya beach resort was superb, The main prime attraction is they have a connected beach to the hotel.

loved every aspect of the property n location.

The check in process was fine, but after booking a tropical room we were offered classic room. The rooms were not ocean facing, after entering the room it smelled like sewer. We had to have our room changed, by the time for check out both rooms smelled like sewer. Under the bed was not even cleaned. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. Don't waster your money here.

Service is worst. From the AC not working, room service , laundry. Everything has problem. Management is BS. Only good thing is help desk. Nothing to crave about the motel
