Overall a very wonderful experience staying here, very much worth the price! - Location is very strategic as it is close to the Kyoto Station, great when you want to travel to a lot of places using the train/bus (a lot of the bus lines start at the Kyoto Station) - Although the room is small, it is very well designed. Our suitcases could be neatly placed under the bed frame, making the room feel more spacious and comfortable. Our room had a table for 2 which was perfect for konbini dinners at the hotel. - The hotel serves excellent breakfast buffet, there wasn't a single thing served that wasn't good! - The hotel has a complimentary welcome drink every day starting from 14.00 until late. The lounge space has a beautiful view of the outdoor garden where we can sit as well. - Coin laundry and vending machine available on the 6th floor

Close to kyoto station. Very clean and well design. The room is a bit small but still comfortable.

The location is superb, to main kyoto station only take 3-5 minutes walk (around 200m) The only weird thing is the way they design the room, washtafel beside bed is weird but it's not significant. Exactly beside the hotel building there is a small okonomiyaki restaurant and I think it's worth to try😃. Pro tip, they provide welcome drink from 3-8 PM, basically it's almost like japanese whisky tasting, hopefully they want to extend the period of welcome drink to 22.00 since no one goes on a holiday and be back at the hotel around 8 PM, after 8 PM, matcha is the only welcome drink available. Overall great accommodation and facilities!

The location really strategic. A bit shock when they asked for more tax 200yen/person. The lobby really big and they gave complementary drink all day for guest hut the room really small.
