The Tru staff were amazing! They were fast, professional, and kind. Our room was very clean.

Uncomfortable beds, but very clean. Lots of construction which made it noisy and unsafe.

Excellent location and very good breakfast.

The staff that maintains the facility clean are doing a great job. Two staff member in the front office counter should have been trained, not friendly at all.

Very clean and quiet. Nice amenities- airline shuttle, coffe a tea, pool table, gym and walkable to Loudoun One commercial area. Good restaurants in the area.

My family and ai came

Everything was good, just that we stayed with a family and there was no closet or dresser to keep clothes, just a small open rack in the corner to hang clothes. Our room was more boutique style. It was pretty but tight for family of 4. There was no drawer anywhere. Also, no microwave in the room although freezer was there. But location was amazing, and e enjoyed our time in One Loudoun

Comfy room, pretty good gym, pool but never used it, and free breakfast which has something for everyone. Quick check in, quiet area but close to plenty.

Shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Overall it was a good stay

there was no closet or drawers to put your clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcases. The shuttle driver did not speak any english and had no idea where to go. The receptionist had to use her phone with a translate app to speak to her. The other riders left the shuttle

Great overnight place to stay.

Located in a great area! Lots to do around the hotel, all within in walking distance. The hotel was also spotless and comfortable.

No closets, no drawers for storage, no coffee maker, q tips. Paper thin walls where you hear everything. Extremely basic. Common area also very basic- poor quality limited breakfast, Must truly be the bargain basement option for Hilton.
