Property was close to main street of Stanthorpe, easy walk or drive, but property is very basic and bathroon is showing it age.

Quiet little place and great value for money. Suggestion may be to have some USB ports for charging and have some intercom facilities.

Sheets did not fit the bed. Air-conditioning unit difficult to start and not accurate temperare. Noisy. Staff not enough English to communicate effectively

Had a very nice stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, a little dated but for the price adequate. Convenient location.

Excellent motel. Very convenient location, close to business centre and with great access to Quart Pot Creek and a variety of walks. Beautiful gardens, the care is obvious.

Location was convenient to town. Quiet room. Shower was very difficult to adjust temperature and pressure. Were charged for mini bar that I didn't use. Some cuterly and plates would have been handy since there was a microwave. Not enough carparks for all rooms. Staff were polite. A bit expensive for what it was but other than the difficult to operate shower, it was ok.

I didn’t have the opportunity to stay because I have to drive my partner to hospital I tried to cancel in the morning, but the person on the phone wasn’t concerned and asked me to contact the reservation platform who asked me to contact the hotel . No one was concerned, I paid a night in a hotel for nothing,and we call it a great customer services?

Lovely service. Very clean tidy room. Nice walking distance to the shops. Good price as well.

Great, easy and comfortable

Very pleasant motel with great facilities and there is nothing I can complain about . Nice spacious room with well appreciated air con , comfy bed , microwave , plenty of bench space and quiet with no traffic noise . The added bonus of cable tv is a nice touch . On-site guest laundry , parking at the door and attractive atmosphere with grape vines growing along the verandas . Great location practically across from the Visitor Info Centre and the beautiful Quart Pot Creek and parklands . Easy walk into Main Street for cafes etc . The owners are absolutely lovely and welcoming !!! Meeting Raj on check-in , she is a beautiful person …. very friendly and helpful . I hope to return to this motel in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it for a wonderful stay in beautiful Stanthorpe .

Had a great weekend

Great place to stay overnight with free undercover parking. Walking through the old grape vines up to my room was nice also. Owners are warm and friendly, I would stay there again.

Unfortunately requesting a non smoking room doesn t mean a smoke free environment as the puffers just sit out on the balcony at any time and you then have to shut windows etc to avoid the smoke. They should be confined to an area downstairs and away from and rooms in
