Location was great close walking distance to the village. Unit was great clean and lots of space and had everything you might need and more. Absolutely loved it

Nice place to stay , very relaxing

Just out side the back patio door there was a lot of bird poop. There was a nest in the corner. But it didn't look occupied anymore. Bird poop looks like it's been there for a while. The noise from upstairs was very loud during bedtime. Overall the inside of the house was very clean.

Wonderful little getaway with friends. The place is in a great setting with outdoor pool. Beautiful views. Far enough from the Village to not get the noise & congestion but close enough to walk there. Improvements for the pool area could be better chairs & pool towels. Also maybe 2 pools as it does get pretty full at times. Improvements for the unit better bed sheets as they kept coming off the bed. Thanks it was a great visit and we will definitely be back.

Excellent location! A short walk into the village but removed enough for some respite from the busy areas. Loved looking out onto the golf course! I was not in the most updated/renovated unit. Some dingy furniture, decor etc. compared to some of the listing photos available when booking.

We had a good time, everything was great! The kids loved the place.

Bedrooms on the main floor only have blinds. Recommended bringing something to cover them up if you like to sleep past sunrise! Room upstairs has black out curtains.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to the pool and the village for attractions, restaurants, and shops. The communication to Expedia host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. The only thing that could be improved was the pool. We spent two days with the kids at the pool and found that the second day the water was not treated and was cloudy and not very clean. Other then that the property and staff are very diligent at responding to any requests and the accommodations were very nice.

I rate this property a 3/5 . It was very clean the appliances were dated i was told that the code to get in was going to be sent to me by 4pm did not receive at 4pm instead I had to call the property valet they sent it to me at 445pm. The pool was not that clean.

The unit was clean, and had all the amenities & utensils needed for a comforable stay. The location is a quick stroll to the village. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

06/24-06/27- Rivergrass Condo 114 We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the village, making it easy to enjoy the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Excellent communications!

We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go to another pool at another resort that we could have access to. We did check it out, but we had to drive there and it wasn't heated. Dissapointing and an inconvenience. We went back and forth and I was told that my issue was being elevated higher up. In the meantime, I contacted Expedia directly about the situation. They kindly moved us to another resort that had 2 pools, so we moved over to that resort. As I said, Rg is a lovely resort but our whole reason to go there was to relax and swim. Unfortunately, we weren't told ahead of time that the pool was closed.
