Absolutely beautiful property and gorgeous rooms. Amenities were thoughtful and decadent. Looking forward to another stay here next year!

Ready to visit again! Great stay.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I had issues with the A/C not staying at a constant temp where I set it, so the room was hot to me. Also, there’s no table or desk in the room and it made it uncomfortable to work and even eat while in the room.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy parking.

The Wylie Hotel in Atlanta was chosen due to its proximity to the Eastern concert venue. Neither my wife nor I had any knowledge or experience with the Wylie. Arriving for our stay, we were warmly greeted by the front desk attendants, who checked us in. They gave us a description of the property's amenities and made recommendations for sites to see around the area. Parking at the Wylie is non-existent. If you arrive with a vehicle, you must surrender it to the valet staff. Pulling into the property is very tricky, and we had multiple problems with this setup. Then they charge an additional 48.00/day for the privilege of using their valet service. If I have any complaint about the Wylie, it is the parking/valet issue. A modern, top-flight travel destination of this caliber and cost should have a better parking setup. At any rate, the room, bed, and amenities were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but with the parking/valet caveat.

Everything was great except the room cleaning. Some days the staff only swapped towels and took out the trash… didn’t even make the bed.

A bit of a disaster, had to get wait 45 min to check in, room I booked was no context and was no compensated for reduction of room, service at restaurant was slow and terrible. Will never stay at this hotel again

They were very kind and accomodating...very clean and smelled fabulous...my room was a gem...right off the gorgeous terrace. Will def be back for a weekend stay.....highly recommend

Upon arrival, valet was rude and made a smart comment. I put the money I had in my hand for his tip back in my pocket. Fortunately, he didn't set a bad tone for our stay. Hotel is very nice. The highlight was the bartender, Carmen. She was a very pleasant surprise.

Excellent Customer Service. We have never seen such great customer service. Both valet gentleman were super nice. Adrian in the night shift was amazing answering every question we had with such a welcoming attitude. Cnya in the morning shift was also very welcoming with her caring attitude. And last but not least every encounter we had with Carmen at the bar was awesome. She made sure our drinks were amazing. Super pleased in every way. Highly recommend this place not only because of all the wonderful people but also the location was very accessible to all fun things around here.

Everyone there at Wylie Hotel was so polite and friendly I love the customer service there.

The front desk staff and valet staff were very polite. I love the convenience of the area. I will definitely stay here again.

Thanks again, Wylie family, for another great overall experience. We were back for work, and as always, we were welcomed and treated warmly. I recently stayed at Wylie Hotel Atlanta for a girls’ trip, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. My friend had visited before and spoke highly of it, but this was my first time — and it definitely lived up to the hype! The hotel itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was Robert from valet/security. I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a hotel employee as amazing as he was. Robert was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient — he didn’t just help us with our bags, he also went out of his way to bring us ice and a bag for our cooler. His level of care and attention to detail was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Thanks to Robert, Wylie Hotel has earned a lifelong fan. I’ll absolutely be back!

The Wylie Hotel is a hidden little gem . The staff were just wonderful. This place met so many wants on our check list: Close to the Belt line, cozy bar for a night cap and a delicious breakfast available too.
