The bed and the pillows are probably perfect

Room was great, hotel itself overall was excellent. Was not thrilled with the check in experience as our room door was latched shut when we arrived (couldn't get into our room for 30-45 mins) and had to wait for staff to remedy the door latch. Parking could also be explained much better and the parking zone in front of the hotel was insufficient for the peak rush.

Great stay and fantastic service! Gotta love Aesop soap - my absolute favourite. Would stay here again!
