The hotel location is super close by the Elevator and super convenient.

Well located but that’s it. Room was small and awkward. Elevator is super slow. Stairs not a problem without suitcases to the 4rth floor but not somewhere I would stay again. Tiny window gave on to a crack of a back alley with full-on construction.

Great central location in Baixa close to Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, and Mouraria. We found it easy to walk almost anywhere and there was a metro stop close by for easy movement around the city. Staff was kind and our room was very clean. Despite being so close to Rossio Square, our room was quiet. We enjoyed our 5 night stay and recommend it for travelers.

Such a cute and unique property! SUPER friendly staff, and an amazing job with the cleaning from the housekeepers. 100% recommend.

It was my second stay in this great hotel. The central location makes getting around the city easy as subway stops are just minutes away. Many of the tours start in nearby plazas. Restaurants are plentiful and reception has some excellent recommendations that are not touristy. I will stay again on my next visit.

We were really happy with our stay at Rossio Plaza! The room, while small, was perfect. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of space to store your clothes and other items. The bathroom was also great with a nice shower. The main positive we would mention was the sound proofing on the windows - it could get very noisy outside at night and you couldn't hear a thing.. great air con too! Finally, the location of the hotel was brilliant, right in the centre so very close to everything. FYI - The hotel is split in two. We were in a different part which is on the same street but about 5 doors down. This didn't impact anything for us, but it did mean we only saw staff at check in and check out.

Hotel was clean but very small room. Had to take stairs to reach elevator. The view of Rossio Square was magnificent.

Hotel is in the middle of Lisbon, busy and safe area and the windows are great at keeping out the noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean room, felt safe, beautiful accents. Many room amenities, had great views. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to the town center. Our welcome glass is port and pastry was a great beginning. We were a little confused about which water was complementary - the glass bottle outside the refrigerator, but that is our only complaint.

This hotel was nice, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient in the sense that it's very centric. Hotel is modern, and clean. This hotel, however, is not very spacious. If you are looking for space, and expect ammenities such as a bar area, or restaurant, this is not it. Breakfast offered was mediocre. I would't pay for breakfast as an included option. Overall it was good, but not as to stay here again.

Property in excellent location great staff rooms are very good for Europe. Don’t expect the same standards for European hotels as for American. I liked this hotel and will stay there again when we’re back in Lisbon

Excellent!!! Check in was smooth and easy!! Glass of Port and Pastel de Nada are a nice touch. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was amazing! Right in the heart of it all. Excellent value!

We loved this hotel and the staff! They were very helpful with all of our needs. The only complaint is that the coffee and beverages in our room were not restocked daily. Our last morning there we had no more coffee and had no time to get it elsewhere prior to our departure to the airport. Everything else was top notch!

Wonderful location, very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Lisbon.
