Very nice place still undergoing works I hope but with great potential. In an amazing corner and when carpets are removed and new ones in sure the place would be 5 star ⭐️ so far I would rate 3star however still lovely place. Little cottages we stayed 10/10

The room was lovely & homely! The bed was super comfortable & the bath & shower were great aswell! Everything was clean & to standard! Would definitely recommend staying here! The staff were also very friendly! The hotel is situated in a lovely quaint village & has some amazing walks that go on for miles! Beautiful scenery! The grounds are also very beautiful! Stayed 2 nights, didn’t have evening meal, my daughter is GF so not much choice. Breakfast was good. Clean room, although the shower head didn’t work.

Nice, calming property but not practical for staying more than one night as there were no drawers in the room to enable decamping. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely location

TV is a bit old and could do with being replaced with a newer one. Room was cold with only cold air from the Aircon unit, Food was ok, not the cheapest but reasonable quantity and quality. Room was clean, bathroom clean and comfy bed.

Arrival: hotel staff were extremely welcoming, professional & friendly. Car parking had plenty of spaces & easy access. Room: disappointing to say the least, the bathroom was dirty (floor, sink & walls). The bath & shower had mould, cracked tiles & was not in good state of repair. The shower had weak water pressure & wasn’t very warm in the evening (on max temperature), this was slightly better in the morning. The worst part which summarised the cleanliness of the hotel was the towels in my room had brown stains on them… I’d booked a superior room with king bed, received a basic room with 2 beds pushed together. The carpet was sodden and coming apart at the edges. Mugs and glasses were stained and not washed properly. Restaurant: Fine dining was advertised… the menu was average at best, the squid starter was overcooked, oily and very basic. The lamb shoulder main course was much better & resembled something slightly more fine dining. Waiters and serving staff again were excellent, very accommodating and quick with serving, albeit there was only myself in the restaurant for the most part. Overall: the hotel is on stunning grounds & could be a real gem but unfortunately there is clearly a lack of investment. The whole place is unkept, unclean and falling apart. For a 1 night business stay i will go to a Premier Inn in future, which was the same price as my stay in Woughton House.

3 night stay over Easter. My single room that is not in the main building , they call the coach house had a water leak in the bathroom and stank of something I couldn't place...so told reception, they where very sorry .showed me another room above it with no windows except a bird poo covered sky light. The coach house seems like they don't care. So eventually got placed in a deluxe room, much better except the morning of check out the got water had failed had a wash in cold water before leaving fantastic from a 4 star hotel. On top of all that there was no food being served except breakfast ,something to do with the kitchen. What a weekend . Looks like a really nice place except the coach house ...4 stars mmmmm I didn't feel it .

We stayed here as close to Bletchley Park. We checked in late - 11pm! Were we were greeted at reception with a friendly smile, given information we needed about breakfast and our room key. The room was clean, tidy and the bed comfy. Breakfast the next morning was self service lots of options and presented and cooked well. We did think maybe some background music in the room would have been pleasant as there was only us and another family. Check out again greeted by a friendly smile and thanked for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was in a poor condition with big chunks missing out of the woodwork, carpet badly needs replacing. Only one socket in the room that was nowhere near the bed. TV didn’t work, heating and air conditioning didn’t work. Portable heater in the room didn’t reach the only plug socket as the flex was too short. Toilet leaked. Shower was scalding hot and couldn’t be turned down. Not a good experience. Felt sorry for the staff as the ones I met were friendly and helpful.

We loved the Woughton House Hotel - The staff were all really friendly and there was a great relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom was spacious and the super king bed was so comfortable. Great decor in the whole hotel too - we loved it!

It was fine except for breakfast. No eggs, no bacon. Told to wait (and it was not at all busy). No one at reception for checkout, and the waiter had to be fetched to do check out.

A very comfy bed but a tired room in desperate need of decoration, especially the bathroom, which was mouldy. Blinds in bedroom were naff. Advertised as “Fine Dining”, but certainly wasn’t. Chives on chips & over seasoned food isn’t the definition of “Fine Dining”.
