Amazing Thoroughly enjoyed stay

Excellent service

First time in ITC, outstanding experince!

beautiful surroundings, hospitality, welcoming staff and cleanliness

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to “RAKESH”, I really appreciate his support on the bespoke food requests. The greeter at the main gate (If not mistaken, his name was “SANJAY”) is really a nice person. Kudos to his professionalism. I’ll definitely prefer this place in my next visit to Bhubaneswar.

Overall nice experience. Only hassle was check in where they took almost 15 minutes.

The staffs were awesome starting from the reception to persons at the entrance to restaurants. Avijit was fantastic and so helpful. Felt like home in the dining area. I would also like to thank the LP team Santosh,Prabhakar,Sanjay and Devender for their continuous service from beginning to end.

Rooms are nice but No sound proof rooms!!!! Gets lot of disturbances from adjascent rooms.very uncomfortable.

Stayed at this property for the first time, would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bbsr for work or pleasure. It’s a bit far from the city center, but easy access to the flyover more than makes up. We were there with the family and the kids enjoyed the facilities, pool and food options.

Hotel staff’s response is fast and no job is small go them.

I stayed at this property in Sep23. Traveling with my parents with expectations to see nearby attractions including Jagannath Puri, Konark Sun Temple, Lingaraja Temple and other places in Bhubaneswar, it went seamless. They have great packages to show you around, great drivers, clean new rooms, engaged staff and great food. I recommend this place if you planning to visit Bhubaneswar or nearby.
