Great location, spacious room, clean, and full kitchen. I will stay here again

Great location, ameneties and experience.

If you are looking for a quiet corner of Philly this isn’t it, especially if you have the misfortune of staying at this location on a Wednesday night during the summer, when the surrounding neighborhood streets explode into a wild and noisy party, complete with police sirens, racing cars and music that neither the earplugs (provided by the property) or the white noise machine (also provided) could dampen. On a Thursday or Friday, things calm down to a dull roar, consistent with what one might expect for an urban hotel room. Apartment style rooms are nicely outfitted with everything you need, though. making for a cozy if noisy stay. And the location gets high marks for walking to many of Philly sights.

There was no option or place to load or unload luggage. Could not get to hotel until midnight because of a street party. Tv did not work. Street music was so loud you could not go to sleep. Sonder customer service was no help in getting tv going. It never worked.

Location was good. Price was fair. Staff was friendly. Would stay again

This was my first time staying at a Sonder property and it was a great experience. The process of checking in and out was super convenient. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and clean. While the was some noise from the street, they provided ear plugs and a white noise machine, which I thought was a nice touch. Staff was friendly, and the Sonder app made it easy to connect to WiFi and learn about the property and the area. I see this place as having the best elements of both a hotel and an Airbnb. Would definitely stay again.

Good Stay

Excellent location

The room was nice until I saw the shower curtain. It had a huge stain acrossed it. Not the thing you want to see on the thing you use to clean yourself. I wrote them and sent a photo. They never responded. So in conclusion, the room and amenities were really nice. But the bathroom thing was a big drawback.

This is a great option for a stay in Philly. There were 3 of us for a girls trip, two shared the bedroom and one was on the sofa bed. It was helpful to have space to spread out, washer/dryer and kitchenette! Plus the lounges and free luggage storage. We were able to use our code to get back in the building past check out up to 10pm so helpful if you have a later flight. We didn't get cleaning service for some reason and I couldn't request late check out which was a bummer.. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Terrible check-in. Rooms were small, no extra bedding, difficult to obtain any accommodations due to no staff

Nothing like the description says my room was absolutely messy and I had to go purchase my own cleaning products to clean the room. Before my stay even started, the staff has been incredibly rude and the miscommunication was very frustrating for two weeks straight.. the bathroom had pee all around the toilet and yellow stains on the walls. The shower was absolutely disgusting. The fridge had leftover food in it. Wi-Fi didn’t work. When I first came to check in my access code did not work and let me into the building and I stood there with maybe three other females and their codes also we’re not working. It was raining and the staff watched us for about 10 to 15 minutes before even opening the door for us and then on top of that watched as I struggled to carry in my bags when a man clearly could’ve helped me pull my stuff over the threshold. It was just very inconvenient very rude very nasty. The verbiage Between the front desk woman and I she was very careless, very rude and did not seem as though she wanted to help, even after I paid and spent extra money here, I will not be booking again and I’m sad that I wasted my money.

Large & comfortable suite, located close to all the action & Resturants - cleaning services not provided was a issue for 5days but stocks of fresh towels etc were available

Great location, very comfortable units, kitchen, bathroom and living room spacious and comfortable. Building looks nice. Very close to all amenities in the downtown area.
