Excellent staff, great facilities, perfect location. Good breakfast. All round very good hotel and strongly recommended for a city break.

What a lovely place to stay. The terrace, overlooking the river, was the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Breakfast itself provided and excellent selection too. The staff were very attentive, helping us get connected to their Internet and quickly replacing a malfunctioning kettle in the room. They were also very efficient when it came to getting a taxi or making reservations at restaurants. We would certainly stay here again if we came back to Porto. MS

We absolves this hotel! Excellence in just about everything. Great breakfast buffet, great service, ALL STAFF very, very hospitable, unbeatable location!! At our arrival we went to have dinner at the restaurant. While my husband went to use the restroom I let the waiter know it was our wedding anniversary and I asked if we ordered dessert they would be willing to plate it in a special way. He said yes, but when dessert came they outdid themselves! It was a dessert for two or delicious tiramisu with little lit candles and two glasses of champagne!! And all of that compliments of the restaurant for being our anniversary!! We will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful hotel.

Great hotel with a great location and one of the best views to Douro River and Porto.

This is a very beautiful hotel. This is my second time coming to this property. If you get a high floor corner room the views are exquisite.

The bar and reception where the best and the parking was perfect was easy to utalize also im already planning another trip there

This was a very nice hotel on the banks of the Douro river, excellent restaurant with delicious Portuguese wines. My only complaint is that the restaurant doesn't open until 07:30 for breakfast so I was offer a reception breakfast which truly terrible. Plastic long life white bread, processed ham and cheese and sugary snack, and terrible coffee. Shame as that's what I remember but otherwise was excellent.
