I've stayed here twice already, and I rate it highly for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and reasonable price considering its central location in Da Lat. The location is convenient.

The hotel has good quality and service. Soundproofing is a little poor though.

The parking lot has narrow access roads, very steep slopes, and sharp turns. Drivers should exercise caution.

The room is near the city center, clean, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly.

Convenient location, clean rooms (4/10), but parking is a bit difficult. Going up and down the slope to the hotel might be challenging if you're traveling with elderly people.

I'll definitely save this place as a destination whenever I go to Da Lat for a vacation.

The hotel handled the incident involving my family terribly. Another guest brazenly filmed my family while we were in our room and complained about my child disturbing my afternoon nap at 3 pm. When this happened, I received no cooperation from the management; they only relayed my complaint through a staff member. I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, but the hotel claimed the guest who filmed my family while we were resting had booked a month's stay, suggesting they were biased. This foreign guest was very impolite, even insulting my mother, and behaving inappropriately (offering a 500k VND tip to my mother and demanding she check out). I had booked this hotel for my family in Da Lat because it received many positive reviews during my cross-Vietnam trip. Regarding the rooms, the cleaning staff didn't replace my toothbrush when cleaning, and my room didn't have a mini-fridge (I was offered a different room, but it was inconvenient because it would require moving, so I declined). It was very disappointing. I will never return and I will not recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit Da Lat.

The petite female receptionist on Sunday afternoon, January 11th, was incredibly cute, running around helping guests in such an adorable way :v

The room looks like the picture, however, the soundproofing is terrible. Families with babies shouldn't rent here because if the baby is playing or crying loudly, the reception staff will knock on the door or call to remind them to be quiet. It's very uncomfortable. Even when the family is having a normal conversation, it can still be heard clearly outside.

The hotel was great, conveniently located near the city center, with excellent service and helpful reception staff. I would definitely book here again next time I visit Da Lat.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and 3 days but received the worst 2 rooms: no lights in the hallway, the room and view didn't match the pictures, there was a balcony but the view was obstructed by a canvas frame, and the location wasn't good either, far from the center.

Everything is fine except the Wi-Fi is a bit weak and unstable.

The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, 5 stars! Located on Dinh 2 Street, the most beautiful street in Da Lat. It's centrally located, so everything is close by. The prices are very reasonable! ❤️

Everything is decent for the price. The advantage is its proximity to the city center.

The hotel is quite good, booked on the weekend for a good price. The room has a balcony with a great view, you can watch the sunrise right from the room. The only small minus is that there is no night light.

Service and quality are okay compared to the price, spacious rooms. The hotel should have more flexible policies for children, a room with 2 beds but 2 adults and 1 child still have to pay extra room fee, which is a bit unreasonable.
