This hotel mainly offers a stunning mountain view and tranquil atmosphere, since it is located on a hill with quite a high altitude above the city. But the hotel location is quite far from Sentul city, about 7 km and 30 minutes to reach, with a quite narrow and steep road when we are about to arrive at the hotel location. We must pay attention to the route video from hotel staff to safely reach the hotel location from Sentul city. The breakfast menu variety is quite limited, with slow refill. Room facilities are quite good and clean, but there are still many ants in the living room. Restaurant food are so-so, but the view from the restaurant is very stunning.

I deliberately chose this type of room to ensure privacy. Unfortunately, while staying there, another guest turned on a drone to create content & entered my private area. I reported it to the receptionist + sent photo & video evidence of the drone flying over. Unfortunately, the villa staff didn't immediately reprimand me (even though I told them which room type the drone belonged to), until finally the villa staff + villa manager only reprimanded the drone owner after I called the receptionist in the evening angrily that the drone appeared again while I was soaking in the bathtub!! This type of Cendana is private because the shower and bathtub are outdoor. The villa manager also said that the use of drones is prohibited in the villa. If the villa manager had reprimanded me in the afternoon, my night at the villa wouldn't have been ruined! (drone with a camera, and I could see that the camera was on because it wasn't flying high). Anw other private villa types were also disturbed by the drone owner (I found out when my husband approached the villa guard and the person also reported it). For Villa Owners, the comfort of visitors must be prioritized because we paid in full. If you can't guarantee privacy for tenants, there shouldn't be any private villas (showers, outdoor bathtubs). Where's the promised statement?

The hotel staff is friendly, the shuttle driver is prompt, and the restaurant food is not very varied, but it's quite tasty. It's child- and family-friendly.

Getting to the location is indeed quite strenuous due to the steep and narrow roads, but once you arrive, the natural beauty of the hotel area is rewarded. The facilities are so numerous that I haven't had a chance to try them all.

Because there is an ant nest even though it has been cleaned, it needs serious handling because in the toilet alone the ants came out all from the cracked tiles... The bathtub has been sprayed with Baygon, 4 hours later the ants appeared again... The swimming pool is dirty, there is one but it can't be used... So it's just for taking pictures there... The view is good, the decoration is nice and unique... The same access because it is far from the others, it's like really entering a remote area... But I salute the service, they immediately helped and everyone is friendly. Imagine being alone, if people want to be mean then we are finished. It's really an experience... If I say, it's wrong to build a hotel in that area... The developer should have developed it first.

The room downstairs has no door, so there’s no safety from any animals crawling inside like scorpions, centipedes, and ants all over the place because the room downstairs was very open. Also, there is no protection from danger. The upstairs bedroom has no net under the ceiling nor curtain around the bed, so any debris or any small animals fell and crawled to bed.

The atmosphere is incredibly beautiful, the accommodation is comfortable, all the staff are very friendly, and there are fun activities, such as farming and educational tours for children 🙏

In Halimun's room there are too many ants everywhere, it's very annoying, if possible check them or apply ant repellent.

The hotel was hot. The roof was made of metal, and the air conditioning was hot, not cooling. The jacuzzi was dirty and poorly maintained. Quite disappointed, as it was so different from the content on social media.

the room moved to the honeymoon suite because initially chose the one in Cendana or what if I'm not mistaken well it turned out the bathroom was outside even though I really liked the design but we are not used to outside bathrooms so we moved to the honeymoon suite which was quite spacious, clean, only the jacuzzi needed to be cleaned again because there were a lot of animals if we wanted to use it, understandably it was very natural. so far the food was also really delicious the best food thank you

Actually this place is great. But because, stayed at bamboo room, there are a lot of ant came. Also, the water at the bathtub is quite dusty.

The extremely friendly service, from the security guards, Mr. Ade, Mr. Arif, and the smiling and responsive receptionist, Mr. Lingga, made you feel comfortable from the moment you arrived. The honeymoon room was clean and quite spacious, even with a jacuzzi, which is definitely perfect for a relaxing time with your partner. The hot water was out, but the staff was very quick to fix it and it was fixed quickly. It was great. Luckily, I got the Pangrango room. The breakfast was more than expected, especially considering it was an à la carte option, not a buffet, because occupancy was low when I arrived. The menu was incredibly comprehensive, and it wasn't monotonous. Overall, with excellent staff service, supported by excellent accommodation facilities, De Boekit Villas is one of my favorite places to unwind after the hustle and bustle of the city. You get what you pay for, so it's worth it... RECOMMENDED 👍
