Initially, I booked the “Bamboo Suites Halimun” type, when I checked into the unit, the room condition had not been cleaned, dry leaves were scattered, the bathroom was dirty & filthy. It seemed that it had not been maintained while there were no guests staying. Last minute I moved to the Atlantis president suite type, the water for bathing & the one in the bathtub on the top floor came out a dull brown color. Management should think about how at night ants and cockroaches do not come into the unit because we have moved to the president suite. For the restaurant & surrounding views, good! Thanks.

Hi, I took a honeymoon room, oh my, the bathtub was really dirty, the water leaked out and there were lots of animals. So, I only used it to soak with my child for a while. The next morning when we woke up, oh my, there were ants all over the bathtub. The carpet was also dirty, if I put food on the carpet, ants would immediately come over it. It's not suitable for bringing children, it's dangerous for ants to get into children's bodies. For food, it's standard hotel prices, quite good. Because it's far from the city center, so we can't do GoFood or buy online.

Overall it is very good. For a staycation it is very comfortable. Thank you.

the service is incredibly friendly. the room is spacious, but there are lots of ants. the jacuzzi is visible from the outside so I didn't try it

My family and I stayed there for 2 days, initially we only booked for a day and finally extended because the hotel atmosphere was nice and comfortable, the staff were also friendly and very nice, it's just that the path to the villa is a bit steep down and a bit scary, but so far it's safe.. and one more thing, if you want to come here, it's better to order food at the villa because it's far to get out of the villa to the main road..

for the view is very nice Resto menu is varied and the taste is quite good but a bit disappointed in the bathroom area in the Kayu Suites type because 2 times it was entered by leech frogs so we were wary when we wanted to go to the bathroom. It is better to close the bathroom area because it is too open to nature, I am worried that there will be more outside creatures coming in. more often pest control to control ants that enter the room area even though Baygon has been provided but it is still disturbing

It's quite good and fun for a family vacation, the only problem is that when checking in you have to queue for a long time, maybe because it's a holiday.

There are various activities for children, the food in the restaurant is quite delicious, the view is nice and the pick-up and drop-off service is fast if needed.

The cleanliness is well maintained both inside and outside the hotel, the cool atmosphere is calming for a moment from the hustle and bustle of the city, even the family likes it, next time we will come here again

The hotel staff service is friendly, but the hotel area is dirty, especially near the jacuzzi, the floor is crusty. Paid quite expensively 4 million but breakfast ala carte, with fried rice that was cold, one portion could not be added like a buffet (brought by the restaurant employee). The choice of complementary food variations is very limited. The price of food in the restaurant is expensive, the hot water in the jacuzzi does not work

The road access to the hotel is very steep, quite steep, winding and passes through residential houses. Nice place, clean and fresh air. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The swimming pool is clean, the jacuzzi is great.

The first time I went there it was soothing to the eyes... the room was also very comfortable... the family was very satisfied and happy

I just found out that there is a place as peaceful as this, thank God we are really relaxed, the view is nice, it's not too cold but still cool at night.

For the jacuzzi, if possible, it could be hotter. For breakfast, the bread should be cold and still served straight from the fridge. I suggest that if possible, it should be made into toast rather than serving the bread while it is still cold and hard.

Subscribe every holiday with the kids. Never get bored.

At one with nature, but 5 star room and bathroom facilities, friendly staff

It's a bit far to get inside through residential areas but when we arrived it turned out the villa was neat and clean, the service was friendly, the view was nice. Breakfast was decent. There are still some facilities lacking to be a complete villa complex. Namely there is no karaoke, mini theater, gym, badminton court, basketball or volleyball court, futsal court, billiards. If all of that were available, maybe it could be more crowded with visitors like the villa I usually stay at Puncak.

Absolutely will be back again to try another room type. Slow living in here.

The location is in the middle of a residential area with a slightly steep road contour, but can still be passed by small cars (we use Brio, it's safe), the road signs are clear and very helpful in reaching the location. The entire staff is very friendly, communicative and responsive. There is a shuttle for transport within the Villa area. Arriving at the reception there is a welcome drink available and on arrival at the room there is a welcome snack available. There are lots of outdoor activities. Stay in the Bamboo suite and experience a back to nature stay, the AC in the room is not cold enough even though the temperature is 16 and the fan is at max. We stayed with 2 children, breakfast for 5 year old children was still free and 10 year old children were charged half price for the buffet, awesome. Just a suggestion to increase the variety of the breakfast menu and the cleanliness of the restaurant because I went to the restaurant twice, at breakfast and dinner (at that time there weren't many guests) but the table and floor were dirty with leftover food from previous guests. Overall very okay. Recommended for a la carte spaghetti bolognese.
