very interesting hotel concept with glamping rooms and natural views. the room conditions are quite comfortable, only the cleanliness needs to be improved such as the bathroom mat and the entrance door being replaced with a more absorbent one.. the food is quite delicious.. during the rainy season, the access from the lobby to the room is quite slippery, my family members have slipped several times..

A pretty fun vacation and a great natural atmosphere. There is a private jacuzzi too.

It's not bad, but the price would be better if it was more affordable

First came to see the location is good, but when I saw the place to stay immediately disappointed, the front view of the room directly faces a stall that karaoke from us arrived until 5 pm was turned off. The jacuzzi water came out very little at 9 pm was only filled, and even then the water was cold. The hot water in the room was not on, the toilet was broken and could not be flushed. It's a shame that a place with such beautiful views is not managed optimally. Hopefully Soemo Hill can improve soon.

Overall it's okay, but we didn't expect it to be this cold for us. Definitely kids friendly and there's a place for kids to play, so happy to be able to spend the weekend here. But maybe next time they can provide breakfast that's more edible for toddlers (not spicy). Thank you the soemo hills 👍

We were 12 of us, we stayed on 3 family glamping. Only 1 bathroom that got some water for shower, mine was only toilet & sink. There rest no water access at all. We came all the way from Prigi Beach in the morning, we felt sticky, dirty, tired & sleepy! We went down to the front desk asking for it, they said was still under maintenance due to heavy rain. There was no other solution! We tried to shower in the swimming pool but only cold water available. So, we went to bed without shower! The cleanliness of the glamping needs to improve, there were many bugs inside the room & the pillows were moldy! Beside that waiting time for dinner was too long! About an hour! Plus many rats around the restaurant! The view & hospitality were nice!

The atmosphere and place are comfortable for refreshing, but for the room, before being occupied by guests, you can check the room, the bed, the bathroom and the facilities in it, because by chance the room I stayed in smelled bad, the sheets smelled of other occupants, the room was not cleaned properly, TV also can't be used, breakfast is also very simple with room rates which are quite expensive, the menu should be more varied and tasty, it's a shame the facilities provided don't match the price of room rates which are expensive, management should be able to take advantage comfortable atmosphere with comfortable room facilities as well.

Service: - Low, because they don't prepare when they run out of water even though it's the rainy season. Bagus. Kren. Suasana alam. Dapet free karaoke sayang cuma 30 menit. Harga lumayan mahal untung ada promo aplikasi. Anak-anak sarapan kena charge. Padahal cuma makan coco crunch 1 mangkok😔sarapannyaa biasa aja. Do gambar ada meja dan kursi di depan glamping. Pas sampai kena charge 100 ribu cuma untuk sewa 1 meja 2 kursi. Ya sedikit kecewa. Tapi terobati memang sama nuasa alam yang sejuk.

Cocok untuk pasangan maupun family yang ingin merasakan sensasi tidur di tenda privat yang semuanya ada. Makanannya enak, dekat dengan tempat wisata, ada kolam air hangat pula. Jadi ga usah takut berenang karena airnya yang dingin.
