Lot of disapointed. From beggining check in and check out. Next time just write in recepsionis desk it they are open start at 8am. I was plan to join tour and was telling to recepsionis guy if I would extend check out time during my train schedule train also and he agreed. In the morning I looking that guy and waiting for 30min for pay my extend stay because we will go far from the place. But nothing we call also not attend so we think we can go out as before we was had deal with that guy. But when we go out they call back and saying can't extend stay. We are far away. Not trustable people. Always change their words from beggining. Its holiday session I know well but manner and attitude its must! Trainer your guy surely about your rules. So people not confused. Min facilities just for mirror they will charge us 25k so poorly. And we argue Not hot water there why need to pay extra.
