First time experience staying in apartment as accommodation. Not bad, but paying the parking tickets hourly for a day is such a waste of expenses.

The staff were very helpful and my daughter was very happy with our staycation in this apartment. When we go on holiday, we will stay at Gold Coast again.

Good view, the room is very comfortable (clean, well designed, nice atmosphere, etc) and the facilities are wonderful. Gonna back there again someday.

The room is quite comfortable, the interior and lighting in the room are also quite bright, the air conditioner is cold, access to the PIK area is close, the apartment facilities are also good, shampoo, soap, hand soap, dishwashing soap, 2 towels, 2 bottles of Aqua water are ok and etc. A little less clean on the floor is still a little dusty and in some interiors for the toilet is neat, sometimes there is still a smell from inside the toilet, it must be closed, it is better to provide a therapeutic fragrance to the toilet. ☺️ next time it can be fixed and you can stay again with cheaper promo prices.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to the PIK area or North Jakarta. The PIC is also fast response. If there are other needs in the PIK area, I will stay here again. There is a microwave and refrigerator which are very proper.

Rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean. Great views. I thought I wouldn't get amenities, but apparently I did. Next maybe it will be RO.

Thank you for the review. This is the story of a guest who doesn't follow the rules at all. He was the one who should have contacted me D-1 before checking in, but didn't contact us at all, then came on the D day a few hours before check-in time, asked to be given an early check-in upon arrival at the apartment lobby, because the unit was in the process of being cleaned, so We reluctantly decline his request. And then asked to leave the suitcase with the receptionist who was in the lobby until check-in time, then the request was refused because of the apartment regulations that apply which do not allow the storage of any items. Therefore, Ms. Fanny felt that the check-in process was complicated and that the service was not good. As for Mrs. Fanny's comments about the smelly bathroom and the not cold air conditioner, that's not true at all and I consider it mere slander. I thank you for making this studio apartment your accommodation for 2 nights.
