The room was clean and reasonably priced. The bathroom lacked amenities like a shower cap or other toiletries, but a hairdryer and iron were provided. Wi-Fi was available, and the location was good with many restaurants across the street. However, one area for improvement is the staff smoking in front of the hotel. On the second day, the lobby door was left open, allowing the strong smell of cigarette smoke to fill the room. It was quite bothersome for non-smokers. The hotel should designate a more suitable smoking area, ideally not near the entrance where all guests pass. Besides the strong smell, it also negatively impacts the hotel's image.

(+) nice room, nice location, nice toilet.(-) no fridge and hair dryer in room, unfriendly staff even shouting loudly on the phone, no bellman to assist, booked family room but got dlx triple room and said it was a room for three people? Power outlet not suitable for tourists. A bad experience staying here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, easy check in and check out, lots of variety of foods nearby hotel, can go anywhere easily from this hotel, all is good, we have a pleasant time here, thanks.

Great location with good price. Close to tourism spots and food centers. In front of the hotel, there is a well-known Toh Soon Caffee and a delicious chicken + charsiu rice.

The hotel is good for value. Fairly clean. Soundproofing lacking.
