1. (The price of the room is too expensive compared to the experience) 2. This is a 2** motel, not a Resort, everyone, the way to the hem is no different from entering the forest, the road is dirty and difficult to go, far from the school yard near the school. 2km 3. The room has mosquitoes, the swimming pool has mosquitoes, there are mosquitoes around 🥲 4. The room hygiene is not attentive, the room is clean as if it was not cleaned (towels used the day before the next day were not cleaned, the house was full of sand and did not last long. cleaning, ..) 5. The toilet in the house does not have a very nasty hood 6. The room is narrow without a mirror, the refrigerator is equipped with amenities but looks very poor 7. Breakfast is not a buffet but a meal. according to the menu, a bit disappointed for the money spent. 8. The room does not have an umbrella (the door is facing the dining room pool, so it is very rude to open the curtain to see all the inside of the room outside, if you do that, it will be open.

Very nice place to stay, although the road lead the the resord quite small and far away from the main street (quiet at night which is nice too). The room look cozy, modern and very clean, have a big front window for the gardern view. The staffs is very friendly and their English is pretty good. The breakfast is decent, not much too choose. Highly reccomend to choose this resort. If I coming back to Phu Quoc again I'm definite book this resort.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, bố trí đơn giản, nhưng tối ưu. Hồ bơi sạch.

Vị trí thuận lợi cho việc di chuyển sang bắc đảo và nam đảo. Phòng mới, sạch sẽ. Không gian đẹp, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên vui vẻ, thân thiện. Chỉ có một điểm không hài lòng lắm là nước tắm hơi yếu, còn mọi thứ hoàn hảo.

Over view: Phòng sạch sẽ mới mẻ View vườn hồ bơi đẹp. Service tốt. Đường vào Khu nghĩ khá hẹp từ đường lớn vào. Không gần biển lắm. Vẫn còn có khá nhiều mũi. Giặt ủi chưa khô hoàn toàn. Đề xuất:- Ghim vị trí chính xác ở Google Maps. - Cải thiện mũi tại khu vực lobby và pool - Nên có thêm Áo Choàng tắm, dao cạo râu trong phòng - Để thêm tinh dầu/ nến thơm trong phòng để đuổi mũi vào ban đêm - Nên có thêm menu đồ uống / ăn trong mini bar - Xe máy nên bảo dưỡng lại một xíu Ps: bạn lễ tân quá dễ cưng. Nếu được sẽ còn quay lại.
